Great company that offers easy to use hobbyist and commercial drone insurance. I use Flock for all my commercial drone operations, so far touch wood I've never had to make a claim but it seems fairly straightforward to do through the app should I ever need to.
I've recommended Flock to so many other drone pilots and I will carry on doing so!

Flock provides an excellent service for both hobbyist and professional drone operators. The availability together with flexibility to adjust the technical content of the cover required, whether flying by the hour, month or year, makes it the perfect choice for me personally! Professional advice and help is readily available, and my experiences with Flock leave me with the feeling that I am dealing with a very professional organisation, who value their clients !

I've been using Flock Insurance since setting up my aerial photography and survey business in May 2018. I like the flexibility they offer and when I have a query they always get back to me very quickly. They are very good at seeking customer feedback and making changes to their business on the back of it.

I LOVE Flock's drone insurance service!!
I use their PAYG insurance as I only have a handful of drone shoots so it's perfect rather than paying £100s upfront.
They even provide an insurance cover note incase anyone requires which is great!
Setting up the insurance through the app is breeze, just a few clients and I'm all set.

Since acquiring my PfCO in 2018 I have been using Flock Drone Insurance as my only avenue for insurance cover. I find their app very easy and quick to use, within a minute or two you have your cover there on the app / email inbox. Amazing!
Today I have had to renew my Operations Manual and have had amazing customer service through their online chat, very responsive (Reiss-Rene Niles in particular) and cover all bases first time. I had my new cover letter emailed to me as I was having iPhone issues. Many thanks for your continued support Flock, and look forward to using you again and again!

Have found Flock cover to be great. I had put in place annual cover and within one week had to make a claim. Having never made an insurance claim before I was quite nervous, but the team at flock kept checking how the process was going and it was all straightforward. Great customer service. Will be using again in the future.

I am not a fan of the new application as things that made the old app good for me to use are gone i.e. putting in a grid ref and saving all your crafts have gone. I hope they will return in the future.

Flock is awesome for drone insurance. I fly both commercial (PfCO) and hobby drone flights in the UK, but I found annual drone insurance policies to be both restrictive and expensive.
Flock is great because it costs zero when you're not using it, and when you are using it you can insure just about any flight, anywhere, any time (within Drone Code / CAA limits).
If you have a client that insists on £10M P/L cover? No problem.
Need to fly in a congested city centre (and have the right permissions)? No problem.
But the thing I love most is the fast, human response to enquiries. No call centres, no endless queues, just fast, expert advice. Like when one of my clients insisted on being a named party on the insurance certificate. One quick message to Flock and it was sorted -- new cover note issued within 10 minutes!
