I went to several online jewellery insurers, then I did not stop receiving phone calls from them for weeks hassling me!!! With Chelsea Insurance, were completely the opposite. Service delivered was amazing.... I found the process really easy from start to finish. Would def recommend to anyone.

I have been a customer of Chelsea Insurance since 2017 with the insurance of my partners engagement ring. This was simple process with great communication skills and a fantastic price. Each year the price has reduced and the service has never faltered. I have now included both of our wedding rings, and my partners diamond earrings to the policy and the price remains incredible and the service is one of the best I have ever received. I would never move from Chelsea insurance and would highly recommend this service to anyone.

I have a high value ring I wanted insured and I'm exceptionally pedantic and expect a lot from an insurance company.
For example, I would want exact like-for-like replacement and if that cannot be provided I would expect a cash payout, which Chelsea Insurance provides.
I also want to be treated like a human. It's so easy for an insurance company to invalidate your insurance if you breathe wrong. Slight exaggeration I know, but if I want to wear my ring on a necklace, some companies feel a ring is only for the finger and wouldn't cover it. Not Chelsea Insurance - so long as the ring is on my person it's insured.
It's that level of insurance consideration I want. And I'm careful, so I double checked them with Companies House. They are the private customer branch of the bigger Kensington Insurance.
Furthermore, I'm a sticker for excellent customer service. For the last few months, whilst investigation my choices, I have been messaging and asking many many questions of a lady called Kristina. She has had infinite patience with me, answered all my questions, but never made me feel pressured. So seriously impressed. She has been great.
Sold. Have bought the insurance for a really competitive price and hope I never need to claim, and if I do need to claim I'm looking forward to the same level of service.
