I spoke to a delightful man called Simon as I needed joint cover for myself and the other half. He patiently explained how joint policies work; there was no rush which was nice. The next day we spoke again and went through about five plans and decided which was best for us. I'd also like to say how lovely Claire was. The help I got was top notch.
