We’ve used this local company for many years, but twice have also gone to Marks Electrical in Leicester. The two companies bare some comparison but Stuart Westmorland are all-round better regarding customer service and in making certain you are a contented customer. They really do go the extra mile. Their installation team is absolutely second-to-none and excellent value, too.

Not been in for a couple of years but its nice to know nothing changes with this shop still the same great service knowledgeable staff pity other businesses don,t use Stuart Westmorelands level of service as a model ! If only all electrical retailers were this good !!!!!!!!!!!

I called to the shop on 18/6/20 to view a television the staff were so friendly and helpful I purchased it straight away being an oap they deliverd it same day . Only had to put stand together,oops struggled toget itright so called the shop sent a young man who fixerd it seconds then offered to set my sky,nettflix and tv up ALL AT A SAFE DISTANCE great staff and service you do not need to shop anywhere where else thanks guys Bernard Wilkinson.

Fantastic service!
Relocated recently from the South and the team couldn't have been more helpful.
James especially was brilliant at communicating due to the distance and stress involved in my move. He rang me back and emailed conformation of goods purchased and really helpful for delivery date.
The guys Ian & Benn delivered and installed my goods. They were polite, friendly and aswell as giving me a brief explanation of the white goods they were also very careful they didn't damage the property when entering.
First class job guys and would highly recommend.
