Absolutely awful place. The guy who served us every now and then goes to the back to check something and disappears for 5 minutes. Whatever you ask, there is no stock. Manager absolutley not friendly, standing at the entrance with his hands in his pocket and not interested. I do not recommend to anyone. I will never come back again

Poor service too busy chatting to notice us then I find someone just walking around ask him to sell me a microwave but he's a manager so there's no way he talks to customers so he fetched one of the chatters. This is why the high street shops are struggling to keep customers.

I would love to give you a big zero for your customer service in Loughborough branch. The staff was very unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge. Received a faulty item, but they kept saying we can't do anything...like seriously now this how you deal with your customers. I spendtover £2500 in the last 4 months in your store and in return you behave like this...very disappointed with your staff behaviour specially Tim from the management team and the very rude Adam who created all this problem.

Very easy click and collect order online but staff a bit slow when I went to collect - had a bit of a wait then they could not find item! They insisted it wasn’t there yet I had received a text message telling me it was ready for collection! Eventually found item and so was able to get!

It consistently has rude staff who ignore you and push you into extended warranties. Its consistently been like this for the last two years. I used to enjoy shopping here but avoid unless I have to go. Recently bought a tumble dryer, took me ages to get any staff to help me. The one in Derby is nice with friendly staff

I had problems with the care and repair plan and getting in touch with customer services after my laptop stopped working. Adam was able to find out what was happening when I couldn't get a response and ensured the issues were rectified as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was exceptionally happy with his support and thankful for his help and dedication to providing excellent service.

The staff members were incompetent and lazy. I went instore to place an order but the staff had changed my order without my knowledge. When I discovered the change and went back, I was told to call customer service to fix the issue myself that the staff themselves had caused. It was only after when I went to find the manager was I then told that there was something that they could do. Thankfully the online staff were incredibly helpful and fixed the issue quickly. It's a shame that it can't be said for the staff at this store.

Took my laptop in to be updated and paid £56 for the service. Had agreed to put all my business accounts and important work onto a usb stick whilst they updated the laptop. I got the laptop back and to my horror non of my business accounts were on the usb stick. And have lost a lot of important documents. AVOID AVOID AVOID

They've got quite good selection of home appliances and IT stuff. Helpful and polite staff. Free car parking in front of the shop. Not much to say especially if this is the only shop of this kind in the town so there is nothing to compare with hovewer they do good job anyway.

(1) I got Haire freeze freezer door do not close properly we ringed 3 days to got care plan too sometimes one hour no one picked the phone After 3 visits to store (still we not allowed to go out in COVID we has to go store) in store after long que some one try to serve us then that person has to move to sales service and told us to wait again as he has train that person how to sales service from cards As the we all ready paid for product and other person is buying giving money after 11 days Technician came said need part to order two weeks not heard anything 3 visits as COVID no answers we ranged know how no one pick phone up still visit store after 3 weeks they send me voucher we should have voucher Back in 7 days by rule and we waits months (2) we care plan this one too Second we got sharp Dishwasher v not working again we got technician said not repairable technician Not gave any report or repair report no nothing We again visit 4 times in store as no one pick phone at repair center Diwali gone and Christmas gone customer service Now they haven’t got in stock what we want I TOLD customer service we are CURRY’S customers From since open as grad parent’s time We do not like to come here anymore this is too much I said all my friends advice me to buying from JOHN LEIWS but I only like to buy from here now I would like to go To John Lewis No problem ANDY SAID THAT IS FINE BY US John bit good helper T

The worst decision was to buy from here. I bought a laptop on Black Friday and after a week when finally I got in touch with someone I ve been told that is out of stock. I said I can wait but they said they don't know when it will be back in stock. They immediatelly offer a cancellation without any other options. TERRIBLE!!!

Laptop - not delivered when promised. Notification not as promised either. I went in a day or two later as I needed a lead - the high pressure saleswoman didn't listen to anything I said, tried to push many products on me. I left without buying anything, and unlikely to return. Sorry that ' no stars' is not an option.

The staff there are more considerate about their conversations than our concerns, tried to buy headphones, and when a staff bothered to come over to us, they bought us to the same section we had walked past when they noticed us. Wouldn’t recommend.

This store was one of the best laid out PC worlds I have been to. It was very warm and welcoming with a great selection of electronics. I was looking for sound equipment and just about every bar had a good demo available. Staff where always somewhere nearby too and willing to help even when a demo would have to be set up and inconvenient. Great experience so 5 stars.

I am honestly just disappointed by the service here. I ordered a monitor to collect in store today and received the email confirmation. I head to this store and the employee turns me away, stating that it is not in stock. I ring the customer services and find out that, the product, was in stock and the employee straight out lied to me. Just disappointed.

Went to look at PC monitors and keyboards. Sadly, it was a wasted trip. All 12 or so screens on display had NO information available whatsoever (bar one). The labels showed only the price & finance options. Squinting at the product code was enough to glean the size. What resolution? Panel type? Refresh rate? I had no way to tell and I wasn't going to ask a staff member to try to tell me all of the basic specs... Gaming keyboards area was not much better. Some on display which are presented nicely enough, but had to hunt around the shelves below to find prices of the display models. Many price labels didn't match the box locations of other products so I had to compare product codes. Unnecessarily hard work. Also found a few keyboards on the shelf with no price and no label. The store is nice enough but it rather failed in its basic function of being a shop, where products are displayed with clear prices & rudimentary information to assist purchase. Disappointing.

Wanted a cheap fridge that will live in the garage. Their essentials range is ideal. Was able to collect same and bring it straight home. Online is good, but waiting in all day for a delivery isn't. Staff weren't all over is and there was no gratuitous upselling.
