When you visit this dealer you expect the areas inside to be marked with labels to direct you to the correct service you require... No, this dealer doesn't use this system instead you have to wait in the centre of the showroom for someone to come to you before returning to their Warren to search for what you want before coming back for more info... Not efficient, and not customer friendly. Waited for nearly 20 mins to speak to a member of the parts dept because he was on the phone and none told him a customer was waiting.

I am also very happy that they will take time with me to show me the workings of the courtesy car I am given whilst they work on my car. I drive it away with confidence.
They really do listen to what you are saying about any little niggles that you have with the car when it is taken in for it's annual service. They are always both professional and polite.
