Just collected my new car from here. From the minute we walked in we was treated perfectly. No pushy sales people and I got the deal I wanted without any pressure. Special thanks to Alex for making everything so smooth and also Tom who made sure we was never without a tea or coffee. Bought a car from Jardine last week and was overwhelmed by the great customer service I received. From the moment I made my enquiry to the time I drove off in my new car , nothing was too much trouble. Keith was a great guy to deal with, he sent me videos of the car before I visited and gave me a deal that we were both happy with. Like others have said, there was no pushy sales techniques and the whole experience was a pleasure and easy. If only all dealerships were like this. Thanks again Keith and Jardine . What a great experience I had with Jardine Select Towcester, from start to finish Craig was excellent on recently buying a new car. The whole experience in these circumstances was awesome, you really feel a valued customer and Craig ensured everything was in place.

Absolutely no complaints from me. Dealt primarily with Tom & Alex. Bought a Golf R from them, managed to talk in home delivery and a full tank of fuel. Comms were pleasant and fast, and have spoken to them Today ref a query and was answered inside 20 minutes which is pretty unheard of post purchase at most places. Would use again if needed. Brought my Hyundai in for a service and a knocking noise.
Excellent service from the after sales department. The car was diagnosed and fixed the same the day. I was kept well informed by Bryan the after sales manager throughout the process and received a very informative video from one of the technicians Anthony, giving me a 'technicians eye view' of the underside of the car!
Would definitely recommend. Will be booking my wife's car in next few weeks. 5*

This used to be a brilliant VW garage, cars were alway immaculate. Who ever did their valeting certainly new his trade. The garage always used to sell predominantly VW cars. I couldn't believe how much it had changed. The cars were filthy and when looking through the windows to view the interiors you couldn't really see properly as the windows were so dirty. I certainly will not bother going there again.

I purchased a car from Jardine last weekend, they made the whole experience as stress free as possible. As someone who knows very little about cars I wanted to make sure I was buying from a trusted garage and I felt at ease throughout. Dominic was brilliant from initial contact, sent me through a video tour of the car and took me out on a guided test drive. They followed all the current covid guidelines and can't fault them.

Craig Allan...part time Salesman, all time hero! What an absolute pleasure it has been working with Craig to purchase my new vehicle.
His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and passion thoroughly shows throughout and he is a credit to this business.
I first spoke to Craig several weeks ago after viewing a vehicle online. Living over 100 miles away, within 20 minutes Craig that evening sent me a personalised video detailing every spec of the vehicle including any minor scratches leaving no stone unturned.
I explained how I was viewing other cars and wasn't yet sure on my decision but Craig was completely empathetic and put no pressure on me at all. In fact, he worked with me to find suitable options to fit my price bracket without compromising his own sales. Never pushy and always a gent, Craig was super quick at responding and took the time to get to know me and my needs for the car.
In the end it was this level of sales, the rapport and the level of attention Craig gave to me which resulted in me purchasing a car through Jardine, even though I could have got a deal elsewhere. He gave me a reassurance that I could not buy elsewhere and it's for this reason, I purchased the car.
Not only did Craig then deliver the vehicle to me personally, he also ensured we were safe given the current pandemic and took additional precautions to ensure we were well catered for.
His relationship did not end there. He also followed up with me later that evening once he returned home - a service which you just can't buy.
Sure you can go and buy a car anywhere but if you want to feel reassured with not only quality but deliverance, then this dealership and Craig will go above and beyond to ensure you are whole heartedly looked after.

Fantastic staff all round. My dealings were handled by Vince from the moment I first made contact about the car I was interested in. He demonstrated excellent customer service, was knowledgeable and honest throughout.
No hard sell or sales pitch, just genuine interest in what I was looking for in the vehicle and maintained good communication throughout the process. Top bloke and an excellent honest sales person, made me feel at ease and looked after.

we were totally relaxed whilst viewing vehicles with no pushy salesman and when we asked for keys to a particular vehicle it was no problem and we could just browse it at our leisure although it was getting near closing time we took the name of the salesman who was Jacob and the following day when we decided to purchase it after a test drive he organised this with no problem he also made sure the car would be ready when said it would be he rejected some work that had been done on it as it was not up to standard and did not hide anything from us it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him and we would definitely recommend to others all staff were friendly and professional at all time especially due to the present climate with Corona virus as well once again pleasure to deal with you.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. I was sold a car by Scott Seabrook at Jardine Select Towcester and when I asked about V5C all I was told is that it all goes online these days. Once I arrived home I looked at the official advice from the DVLA and I should have always been shown the document and given part of it in hand as proof of ownership. Now its been over 2 weeks and I have received no response from the dealer or the appropriate documents from DVLA. Very disappointed and concerned about the legal side of the business which now I feel forced to report to the authorities as I can't be sure the car wasn't stolen to begin with

As Jardine don't deliver, some 50 miles, I had to go the dealership to collect the car.
The car had scratches and blemishes that hadn't been mentioned and
when asked ,the Jardine dealership was not prepared to adjust the price accordingly.
The salesman was determined to sell me GAP insurance ,tyre insurance and wheel damage insurance all as extras on top of the £25,450 I was spending on the car.
The vehicle has eight months manufactures warrantee left to run so the years warrantee given by Jardine was actually only worth 4 months.
I requested a spare wheel as a good will gesture, Audi Q2's don't come with one any longer, and was told to go buy one on E Bay.
I emailed Victoria Walton,General Manager to express my disappointment about this and after two weeks I am still awaiting a reply.
She was unavailable for the first week so I emailed Bryan Cook the after sales Manager. He hasn't replied either after two weeks but did delegate the question to the sales man that sold us the car who telephoned me.
Mr Cook is obviously too important to email /speak to customers !
Perhaps I might get a response if I email Neil Williamson the CEO of the Jardine group ......there again !

Standard issue on the nearly new cars I have purchased in the past from Audi Mercedes and even Vauxhall !
This dealership knows precious little about customer service !

What can I say, superb, professional and attentive service from Jardine but Craig Allan in particular. I only dealt with Craig through the whole process and what a genuine, professional and reliable sales manager he is. The company was extremely aware of the COVID situation and did everything they could to assure everyone stayed safe. The video Craig took of the car was the best I have ever had - it was 15 minutes long and before the video asked me if there were any specifics I wanted covered such as blemishes etc and actually tried his best to show these on the video. The car itself was excellent and they actually undertook a lot of extra work in replacing service parts outside of what you would expect. There was also an issue in getting the old V5 from the previous owner and to compensate for that offered to deliver the car for free to save me making a return trip to collect. Communication was always within in the hour of sending the email and Craig answered every question I asked. Seriously hope I deal with this company again for future cars and Craig in particular - lovely chap!

Nice experience here. Quite a breath of fresh air after after much poorer experiences from the car supermarkets (Imperial and Carshop Northampton in this case). We were approached by Keith but he was very relaxed and friendly. Didn't feel pressured and we would much more likely to buy here because of that rather than the aforementioned "battery farming" type retailers.
Went for 4 stars as having less cars (although still lots) we didn't quite find the right combination of price, model, miles, spec etc. However, we will be delighted if the right cars arrive as felt much more comfortable here to be honest.
