My experience at Car Store was extremely helpful. Staff were available and were there to help us as soon as we walked through the door. Staff did not try to push us into buying a car and helped us through the process. They provided with full details of the car and took our matters into care. Cameron and his manager Dan were lovely and made our experience of buying a car a good one.

Was really nervous at the start of the process but Dipesh really helped and supported me when it came to choosing the right car for me, especially when it came to taking the car out for a test drive! Amazing customer service, thank you!
Dan explained the whole finance and guarantee options really well, he had great knowledge of the different products and services that they had to offer so this process was definitely an easy one to understand.

Been to car store this afternoon, Nadeem is the crew member who helped us in getting the whole stuff sorted out for us. He is exceptionally well in dealing with the customer , he started off explaining the past history of the car , vehicle service , condition of the car . Once after this , we started with the test drive. He has been very kind in taking us well during the ride. We finalised the car after our drive.
I would strongly recommend this car store for anyone who is willing to buy with all handhold assistance.

It was really good, it was like really fun when we were looking at the cars and stuff. The people who work here are really kind, helpful and friendly especially Emily! It was really easy to find a car and then pay a £200 deposit and come the next week and buy the car. Thank you so much for the amazing experience here it was really enjoyable and we will miss it here, we hope to come back soon to say hi I could say more about here.

Bought a Mercedes SLK from car store. My sales person was Mariam, she was really nice and professional. She took me on a test drive and it was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, simple and easy process. Great car great staff. Coming back next month to buy another car! Mikheal did the handover and was great.
