Meredith was very helpful to showing me around the car i picked made me laugh and answered all my questions. paddy was very good when i was buying the car explained everything to me in details and helped me understand what was happening. Aky helped me with the final details and he was very helpful. would recommend buying a car from here. very lovely people.

I came to car store today and the salesman that assisted me was Kiani and Mikhail they was polite and friendly and very helpful, I came in knowing the vehicles i wanted to test drive and see and he quickly and efficiently had them ready to test drive, i didn't have to wait long for him to do my vehicle appraisal. I would advise anyone to come and buy a car from Coventry car store. Friendly helpful and you don't feel as though your being forced into anything. Great service

I dealt with Akyaan, Kiani and Cameron todat to pick up a 2015 ford fiesta at the Coventry store. I obviously don't know about the true quality of the car yet so can amend this if anything goes wrong, but the service from car store has been great - really thorough, reassuring and professional. Would recommend fully.

I was greeted straight away in a very friendly manner and directed to Meredith and Nikhil who were extremely helpful and professional. I sold my car and was offered the price i wanted and this price was held for 7 days. I returned the next week to drop my car off and payment made to my bank. I would highly recommend Car Store to anyone. I am a lady on my own and it's easier to do all this on your own. Great.

I visited the car store on a busy Saturday afternoon, and was having a look at some cars, when a staff member by the name of Kiyani approached me and asked, how I was feeling and if he could support me with anything. I replied I was fine and that I was having a general look around, he then clarified that he was just a call away if I needed anything.
I felt that his body language, attitude and communication skills were a true example of customer service at it’s best !!
It was much more professional than other show rooms I had visited the same day.

I came to car store Coventry the other day and I was approached by Mas who was very helpful, introduced himself and took my name too which is very professional. I was looking for a family size car, Mas tried his best to find me the car I was looking for but unfortunately he couldn't find what I really wanted. He wasn't pushy, he made feel really relaxed and he was really nice to talk to! I will definitely be back

Came down today to look at a Nissan and ended up walking away with it. The car was great and was out ready for me and my wife to view it, I loved the car and the service was great to match it. I've been to a few places now and none of them compared to the service i had today from Cameron. Made my time worth while and would definitely recommend!

Was surprised to find that the cars were well priced. Staff were not constantly following you around and pressuring you into buying anything like I’ve experienced at other places so I was able to take my time. Staff were all very friendly when I did speak to them. Thanks to Brad for helping me part-exchange my old car for something new.

Amazing service from car store Coventry today, especially the gentleman I dealt with Ash. From walking in the door I was greeted by several staff and taken care of. I sold my car to car store today, Ash was extremely professional and made me feel as ease. After taking all the info about my car and taking it for a little test drive, he came back and sent all the info to receive a quote.
Having been told this would take 20 minutes, I grabbed myself a hot drink and relaxed. After only 5 minutes the quote was back! More than ‘we buy any car’ quoted and quicker than selling it privately. I was extremely impressed, the process ran so smoothly and quickly. I was done in 35 minutes. Thank you Ash for making it a pleasant experience and all the team for constantly making sure I was being seen too.

Got an on-line valuation for our car and was pleasantly surprised when after a visit to Car Store they agreed to pay the amount initially offered on-line. A big up to Meredith, a young lady who stuck with me all the way through the entire transaction, even when she was struggling with her own computer systems. Meredith made the experience considerably less stressful than I had anticipated. I will certainly be doing business with Car Store in the future. Thanks again to Meredith she was a star.

Love the car I brought from Coventry Car Store, but once I got it home and started driving it I noticed the clutch was quite high my husband drove it and told me it could be the clutch is on its way out...
I spoke to a young lady in After sales called Zara she was so helpful and very polite she told me to take it back in to her and would get it looked at by the mechanics in the workshop and in the meantime she would organise a courtesy car.
She had the clutch changed for me which took a few days longer than she had said due to waiting for parts but the whole time my car was being fixed she kept me informed of the progress and when I was likely to get it back. I have nothing but good things to say about Zara she is s credit to your company

Not one to usually complain but my experience with Evans Halshaw has probably been the worst customer experience of anything I’ve ever dealt with.
Did the move me closer scheme from Coventry branch to Bristol, took 12 days before I was told the car was there, and the only reason I knew it had arrived was because I drove past and saw it there. I had to call up several times to ask to view it, I then went down and they told me I could t take the car as the keys had been left in Coventry. The next day the keys suddenly appeared, but the paperwork and service history had been left in Coventry.
They then said I couldn’t take it because it needed MOT, then decided I could take it and book in the MOT later on. When I then contacted the salesman to book it in, I was told he had left. After several emails chasing, calls made to their central office because I couldn’t get through to the garage, the Manager called back and said the salesman had come back. Eventually the MOT was done but no mention of the service history. I’ve emailed and chased and they’ve just ignored my emails, the car is now worth dramatically less without this and I haven’t even been able to get through to them. There’s more I could go on about but seriously, they never pick up the phone, they’re all over the place, won’t reply to emails and tell you different things each day. I wish I hadn’t bought the car, it was so so bad. Please avoid this place, when spending thousands on a car you want peace of mind but you certainly won’t get that here

Bradley was so good my wife wanted to adopt him and take him home .
In all seriousness he was very helpful and explained everything well to us , he also gave us time to discuss and process information.
We found the whole experience to be painless except for the spending money part.
However we did think our new car and the part exchange for our old car were good value.
We would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family looking for a newer car.

Great place if you're not sure what car you want. No one bothers you and you can wander round the mass of cars that they have. They have a cafe and also if you're interested in a particular car, an information desk for help. Large free car park and no time limit. Lots of brilliant cars of all shapes and sizes and prices.

Great experience. Sold car by getting quote online first and then booking appointment. Had a valuation assessment then waited a few minutes while it was checked by the head office. Came back fine - got a bit less than valuation but expected due to cosmetic damage. All paperwork done smoothly, no issues at all. Definitely a place to consider if you're selling. Customer service was great,, very welcoming upon arrival and the free coffee was very nice too!
