We saw Nadeem, Dan and Aki during our visit to the Car Store.
All staff were really helpful and friendly. We were well looked after and have purchased a car with minimum fuss and wastage of time. There was a slight fault with the car which they have agreed to fix for no additional cost.
Thus far a very positive experience purchasing from the Car Store; this is obviously due to the excellent staff.

Lewis at reception given us a lovely welcome and also sat down with us to help view the cars while we were waiting.

Without exception, the worst customer experience I have ever had. I bought a car for over £14k which had a major fault detected on the day that I bought it. As it turned out, Car store were aware of the fault as another customer had already bought and returned the car shortly afterwards, however Car store had made no effort to fix the issue and were happy to sell me the faulty car.
The car then spent five weeks in and out of garages being repaired, all the time with me chasing Car store for days for an update - it was extremely difficult to get anyone to call me back.
Avoid this company in every way possible.

When I visited, Mo was extremely helpful in helping us find the best car suitable for a new driver like myself. He was able to break down all of the information and give us the best deal. Mo gave excellent customer service, from the start in looking for a car, to the end of helping us with insurance. I would HIGHLY recommend booking in an appointment with this guy if you're a new driver and need guidance (and even if you're a long term, experienced driver) as he is a friendly face that you can easily get along with. 10/10 would recommend.

No pressure, no pushy salesmen, I felt like he worked hard to get us a good deal so we came away happy. Also thanks to Sian who took us on a test drive and helped with the admin. Bad experience at the Car Store in Coventry, attended a pre arranged appointment with Hamza. When Hamza has began showing the car I was enquiring about I got the impression he did not have a clue about cars or even had bothered to research the car prior to my arrival which did not fill me with confidence in the sales person. I also noticed a crack on the bumper underneath the rear tail light. Test drive went ok at the cost of £10 to do so! Upon returning I have fully inspected the vehicle again before negotiating a price where the initial crack developed into noticing the wheel arch trim was knocked out of line. The car had clearly had a "bump" recorded or not but rest assured Hamza has offered to "BODGE" the repair with filler despite the panel needing to be fully replaced. This would potentially cost hundreds of pounds with a new panel, fitting, colour match etc... but the price was non negotiable despite the "newly" discovered damage to the vehicle and the wingmirrors which should automatically open and close upon locking and unlocking the vehicle were not working.

Placed a deposit on a car that I did not end up purchasing. I've been trying to retrieve the deposit since then and have been told different things by everybody I've spoken to. Including that it had been processed by two separate staff. The third has now told me that they did not save my details. They seemed to be able to take the money with ease yet returning it seems to be a real hardship. Still haven't received it. Spoken with six different people now. Thank God I did not actually purchase a car from these people. I trusted Google reviews which seem positive but auto trader reviews are shocking. What an absolute circus these people are running.

To begin with was a good experience we were shown cars on the laptop and the gentleman Cameroon was very helpful, however the gentleman who took us around the shop car park wasn't very helpful he was more interested in his phone, knew nothing about the cars where they were or anything, his best comment was this is a nice colour, until the end when he wanted us to write this review where he wanted a good rating. Yet the cars are nice and the other staff was very helpful

Popped into store on Saturday. Was greeted almost instantly by a young lady by the name of Michelle. I was only browsing and I made that clear but I still received a wonderful service. The stock was explained to me, the selling points were explained well. AA checks and money back options. Would definitely recommend and shall return when I decide to change cars.
