I wanted some security on my on my car and a couple of people recommended Ultimate Audio.
Patrick and Ross couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, patient(!), professional and knowledgable. The day I took possession of my car, they fitted me in, at short noticed to ensure my car had the security it needed to give me piece of mind.

Would definitely recommend Ultimate Audio to anyone who isn’t very car savvy and needs a radio upgrade. I took the plunge and asked Ultimare Audio if they could recommend and fit bluetooth and updated radio in my BMW E39. They came up with a high quality spec and quoted an exact and affordable price. The quality of the unit and fitting is excellent; it looks neat and does exactly what I need. Even more impressively, when I realised I'd not mentioned having to use Android and iPhone at the same time they changed the unit for me to make it what I needed. Great service at a good price from this professional, trustworthy and friendly team.

These are now my go to guys for audio system. Gave them my Mercedes Vito to install a new stereo and sort out all the audio which they done now probably. Great place to go, very well priced. Wanted to get my dash cam fitted into the car. I saw the excellent reviews and gave them a call. Curious and extremely helpful. I got a booking a couple of days later.
I have severe back problems and on arrival was given a chair to sit on, while I waited for the installation. Extremely professional job completed.

Great audio shop with knowledgeable people. I bought a under seat subwoofer for my car which they installed but didn’t pack the punch I was looking for they recommended a audison sub box which I decided I’d go for. They part ex my under seat one for the new and the result of the new box is great just what I was looking for in the first place. Thanks guys for your advice and great workmanship will be back in the future for more upgrades.

Ultimate Audio fitted a Thinkware Q800 dashcam for me in January 2021 as a replacement for a Nextbase, which was supplied as an option when I purchased my Toyota, but which only worked sporadically.
The quality of UA's installation was excellent and Patrick (or one of his team) set the unit up for me, so there was nothing further for me to do.
Two months after installation, a passing car damaged the wing mirror of my car while it was parked. The dashcam clearly caught both the registration number and the sound of impact and the driver of the other vehicle admitted liability on the strength of the video evidence.
Needless to say, I am delighted with the purchase, which has already paid for itself.

This place came with great recommendations. But they completely messed up my vehicle, and avoided putting things right.
It’s been almost a year ago I spent a couple of grand with them for my audio system, but it’s been nothing but trouble!
At the start they seemed willing to put things right, but then the owner (Patrick) became very condescending when speaking to me, and as my mum was ailing at the time (she has now passed unfortunately) I could not focus on taking the whole day to get my car audio fixed - I had to be at the bedside:(
They have broken parts in my car , and it really is their responsibility to put things right, but I am guessing that they have forgotten about the damage they have done.
Well I haven’t, and never will.
Burying my loved ones came first, but wrong is wrong Patrick and Darren, and Karma is actually REAL

Always had 10/10 service any time I have visited Patrick and Darren at Ulitmate Audio. I’m extremely particular about my cars and wouldn’t let anyone but these guys carry out the work. (I’ve been to them for an Autowatch Ghost and various audio upgrades). Their prices are more than competitive and the advice given is always helpful!
