I have had 2 trucks stolen in recent years so I commissioned Ultimate Audio to install some advanced security measures in my new trucks. Both Darren and Patrick were incredibly helpful and patient in explaining what I needed and were quick to book it in and get everything installed. I also got a follow up call to see how everything was going following the install. I cannot recommend Ultimate Audio enough and I will continue to use their services and will always sing their praises.

Went in Feb for a radio fitting for my '10 Punto which went perfectly, had a pre-existing fault the day of this review which they diagnosed and fixed in under 30mins. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend. Had an inverter and new speakers put into my work van. I had work come up and they adapted and changed to meet my schedule several times, working late into the night in order to get my vehicle back for me in time. Very tidy and great work done. Good people :)

Me and my dad have been customers for over 4 years, with 2 of my Fiestas and my current BMW. They've sorted me out with great component speakers for all my cars, central locking, stereos, soon to be subs under the seat and in the boot. Great quality and always know the best hardware for the application! Also the engine remap has worked a treat as my BMW is now 1.0 seconds faster 0 to 60!

I brought my car here with a electrical fault caused by someone that says he knew what he was doing and has a lot of knowledge where car audio is concerned.
I brought my car to ultimate audio with a airlight bag light on caused by electronical errors and a bluetooth device installed but not working.
Not only did they fix the bluetooth device for me "working perfect" they got rid of the airbag light.
Thank you guy and cant thank u anymore.

Just had my Civic fitted with an Apple Play unit even though the car is old. They took loads of calls and provided technical support beforehand without me even paying a penny! They sorted everything even though I sourced the second hand stereo unit. They even stayed open late to fit it for no extra charge. Lovely friendly fellas too.

I took my 65 plate BMW X5 for a system upgrade in Jan 17. It already had a Harmon Kardon system fitted which is one of the best systems supplied by any manufacturer in the UK, however it was still lacking low bass frequency. The advice given by Pat and the team was first class, with lots of options for me to consider. They were not just trying to sell me the most expensive equipment to match the value of my car. They actually wanted to sell me the best product suitable for my needs. I felt comfortable leaving my £40k machine in their hands. They kept the car for most of the day and when I collected it, I was given a thorough explanation of what had been done. The workmanship was first class. Neat and clean with items positioned in sensible easy access locations. I am a born again 'bass head' so I am familiar with car electrics. Suffice to say the system sounds amazing!
I also took my Porsche 981 to these guys 12 months ago for a similar upgrade. Workmanship and service mirrored the comment I wrote above. 12 months on and the system still sounds great with no issues. I can't wait for the weather to break so I can get the roof off!

What a fab team!!! Patrick, Darren and Luke are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in what they do, provided me with the correct solution to meet my needs. They did a top notch installation of a Parrot Kit In my car. I cannot fault the work carried out. I did not expect any less as they are approved Parrot Kit Installers. Didn't have my radio code, they made sure they sorted that all out and the kit was up and ready for me to use without me having to wait to contact my car manufacturer. I highly recommend Ultimate Audio they are the A Team!!!!

These guys will save you money by fitting a great head unit with AppleCarPlay and reversing camera. No need to pay extra for an on board sat nav and CD. Great service too.

I bought my Ford Fiesta down today for a new sub and speakers in the front and on collection I was blown away. They had done a 5 star job and couldn't have wished for a better job. Would 100% recommend these people, they know exactly what there doing when it comes to all of this and were a real help in the shop.

I have been using Ultimate Audio since I got my first car in 2001. Having moved out of the area a few years ago, I am still happy to make the hour long journey as I would not trust any other guys with my Porsche Cayman. Patrick and Darren both have vast knowledge in their field and I don't believe the level of standard I receive can be matched.

these guys have been looking after me for years! There isn't a single bad thing i could ever say about them. There work is amazing and customer care is beyond any other business i have dealt with.
fitted a new phone kit and new stereo system into my car, the amp i brought was way to big, instead of fitting and leaving me thinking the job was done which i wouldn't have known any other way, they fitted an smaller, higher spec and more expensive version simple because they weren't happy unless the job was 100% perfect.

I took my Ford Focus Mk3 Zetec S to Ultimate Audio with a fairly strict budget, wanting an upgrade to the sound system in my car.
They sorted me out with a very good system within my budget and fitted it in good time. They treated me very well from start to finish. I am very pleased with the job.

Ultimate Audio have recently fitted OEM parking sensors to my A3 Cabriolet 2014, the OEM look great and they look like they have always been there, Patrick and Darren are great and can't do enough to ensure you are happy and that everything is perfect....i would totally recommend them for Parking Sensor fitting.
