Used ultimate audio before previously on my bmw e46 had a subfitted which was good bought a bmw e93 model and wanted more bass and clarity from the speakers shopped around and when to a bmw speaker specialist bought the speakers and still needed something to push the speakers to the max so i called Patrick and darren for help they advised me to get a prossed amplifier which i bought 2 days later it was not enough for me and wanted more bass without fitting a subwoofer due to boot space pat advise me on what i needed and gave me a price and said you will not be disappointed i trusted him and went for it on collection he was right he fitted a 4 channel amp which drove my subwoofers to the best possible well pleased with it and highly rate ultimate audio

I prefer this shop because it is very near to my place but unfortunately very very bad experience
This is my 1st review in my life.
He promised with in a week he will fix my car sound but he took full two weeks and the problem is not found
Still not working and I paid 250 pounds for nothing and I waited 2 week aswel and now again he wants me to pay him again to diagnose and plus repairs again

Had several issues w radio halfords and conrads for over 1 year and took this problem to them and they made it right w out overcharging as they were honest and fair. Very efficient curteous and committed to sorting out the issue. Please go to them first fair pricing in line w halfords excellent customer service.

I was outside my house getting frustrated trying to hook up my new active enclosure so drove down to Ultimate Audio unannounced, Darren was in the middle of working on another car and completely dropped what he was doing to help me out.
my car was previously wired up from my old system but just needed some advice on how to connect it. I had no money on me and had house slippers on as I wasnt planning on going anywhere. I was so greatful for what he did I had to drive back home grab some money and had to drop it to him for his brilliant customer service. I wasnt expecting him to see to it there and then and what he did I would never of figured it out. You dont get people like that now days who are genuinely friendly and willing to help.
