DANGEROUS!!!! KEEP OFF ANY INSURANCE WHICH USES THIS "ASSISTANCE" GROUP. I traveled to the u.s 6 months ago and broke my finger, my insurance made me claim through this group, and was a disaster. They delayed my emergency surgery to all most 2 weeks late putting my finnger at great risk. And that was after sending them email from my doctor how urgent the surgery is. If you want a safe and headache free holiday this is not the insurance you want.
