Came here to sell a really sentimental but damaged bangle that I was previously told could not be repaired and to sell as scrap. To my delight I was told by the Lovely Aisha that their repair guy might be able to do something with it. In less than a week later was called to come & collect and was amazed at what a great job they had managed to do with my bangle. It is now wearable again thanks to these guys and was really cheap. Fantastic Customer service to Aisha and the team. Thanks so much guys x

Been an H&T customer since 2010 and mostly in shops of H&T I saw good customer service, but in the Kilburn branch Ayesha and her team they are outstanding since they have really good quality jewellery.
