I pawned a Tiffany watch and got the money instantly. We needed a bit of extra help with the cost of moving house so it was good that I got the money so quickly. I spoke with Oliver the manager and Susana the assistant manager and both were helpful and friendly. They’ve got nice offices, too.

I found the staff to be really understanding and helpful. This was my first time using a pawnshop in London and I went in to pawn diamond earrings. The woman I dealt with (sorry I can’t remember her name!) walked me through everything and made it a lot less complicated than I thought it would be.

Used New Bond Street to get a loan on my Chateau Margaux collection. Service was better than expected as they handled the collection themselves with the storage facility which saved me a job. Good climate-controlled facilities and decent value. Will be using again for other fine wines in the future.

Got a loan on my cushion diamond here. No problems. Friendly staff who seemed to know what they were doing and good overall service. Would have liked a cuppa but wasn’t in there long enough! I was in and out in only a few minutes really as it didn’t take long for them to do all their checks.

I got a loan on my diamond ring here and they gave me 7 months to pay it back which worked well for me as I only needed the money in the short term. Absolutely no problems with the repayments and they stored my ring safely. I’ve got it back now. Everything was very quick, simple, and straightforward.

I don’t go very often but when I do Oliver and Susana always give a warm welcome, and their valuations are fair.

I’ve been to quite a few pawn shops in London but I prefer this one because they don’t sell from the office. It feels a bit more like a valuation service and like they’re trying to help me, not just see what they can sell on. I prefer dealing with luxury pawnbrokers like this than the money-grabbing ones.

I wasn’t approved for a loan when I visited but I can’t fault the service I received. The lady I saw was so helpful and professional and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting her time even though there were probably other things she could have been doing. If I decide to try again, I’d definitely go back here.

I recommend New Bond Street for the simple reason that I don’t feel like I’m being judged. I’ve used them a few times now for different things and I’ve never felt like they look down on me or make judgements. I’ve dealt with 2 different members of staff there and I’ve found both to be supportive.

I live a bit far out from Mayfair but I chose New Bond Street because they’d give me a rough valuation over the phone so I didn’t have to travel in. Not many other pawnshops in London would do this. I ended up going down there anyway for them to assess my book and they honoured their quote in person.

Pawned my Rolex with New Bond Street and got more than I thought so I’m happy. I dealt with Susana who said they could give me a better loan because the auction estimates were higher. Overall the process was very quick and easy. If I ever need a loan in the future I would probably try there first.

This was my first time in a pawnshop and the whole thing was just easy. I literally walked in, they examined my Patek Philippe watch, and I walked out with the money. I was probably in there for about 15 minutes and got paid on the spot. Brilliant service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I went to New Bond Street about the Patek Philippe watch I bought in America. I found Oliver to be very empathetic which is what I needed at the time because the whole thing was quite sensitive. I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to it but Oliver made me feel like it was in good hands and gave me a good price.

This is the only pawnshop in London I’ve found that I don’t feel awkward walking into! They’ve got a nice building in Mayfair and are more of a luxury pawnshop than just the standard. I don’t go to any other pawnshop in London now. They’ve always given me a fair price and there’s never been any hassle.
