My partner purchased me a beautiful engagement ring. Super quick on the re sizing and delivery. Then unfortunately we noticed the tiniest stone was missing in the band(a couple of weeks later). Contacted them, zero quibble we were asked to return it back to replace FOC. I had royal mail collect on the Tuesday and it was back with me on the Friday.
Honestly can't reccomened these guys enough! We will look to purchase our wedding bands soon.

Went to prestige after watching the show as i thought they seemed quite honest but unfortunately the company only offers 10% of the market value of your gold and gemstones if your thinking about going here its just a waste of time you will get a better price from any where else in the UK

I popped into Prestige thinking they would give me a good price for a fair bit of gold I was selling, however they only offered me £3900 which I thought was low as I had received a better offer of £4100 12 months ago when gold's sell rate was 30% less! I was very disappointed so took my gold back and said no way. I literally walked across the road to Hatton Garden Metals, they were much more thorough at looking at my gold. They gave me 2 diamond rings back as they didn't buy diamond rings and they still offered me £6600, that's a massive difference. Shame on you Prestige. I would never go back there, but would highly recommend Hatton Garden Metals.

I was offered £40 each for items worth £300 each after asking for £200 each. Mind you items are brand new, never been worn. I asked if the items were authenticated was told they had not been yet...HUGE SKIMMERS...how can you give an offer when authentification hasn't been done. A better offer could have been made and your company will still make its profit. Not try to rob people of their items by giving ridiculously silly offers

Warning ⚠️ AVOID ZERO STARS SCAMMERS FAKE REVIEWS, THEY PAY PEOPLE TO PUT GOOD REVIEWS UP. ive been a long time watcher of pash pawn, I’ve watched every episode and even record it to watch, I used to think to myself that it was a trustworthy pawn shop that goes out of its way to get you the best price for your items, that was until I thought to myself last week that I would send in my late mother’s jewelry to sell, two rings and a pendant. One ring was 18k gold and platinum with over a karrot diamond in it, the second was a ruby with clustered diamonds around the ruby also 18k and the pendant was 18k with an unknown stone now I didn’t tell them this but I had them valued by a jewellery shop and cash generators but they were also valued back in 1983 the 18k and platinum ring was valued in 83 at £580 and the other at £430 baring in mind the price of gold has shot up since then, anyways I had them valued at cash generators and altogether I was offered £580 cash the jeweller said I’d bring over £1200 private if I sold it that way, so I thought that prestige would offer me a bit more because I thought they were experts and they went out their way to get a good price for you but wow how wrong was I, I was offered £90 for the lot......£90 now I nearly hit the floor, it was only after that that I read the reviews and realised that I’m not the only one they have tried to rip off and take advantage of, they obviously make a tv show that fakes them running round rabid looking for buyers so they’d can offer a really good deal but I now realise that they do maybe offer the ones on tv a good overpriced deal but behind the scenes people like us get ripped off and taken advantage of, not only that they charge you £20 to send it back even tho it only cost me £6 to send it to them, they say it covers admin charges hahaha yeah ok so it costs £14 to put my jewelry in an envelope and post it, that another thing they rip you off with, all these other companies like sell your gold.com companies send it back free of charge but prestige don’t, they would take your last penny even if you were dieing on the street, money grabbers penny pinchers I bet they make millions a year on this so called £20 charge a year, probably buys that scammers posh cars and houses. Anyway people go to cash converters or somewhere anywhere Barr here trust me. Take care and I hope you all keep well kind regards David K McC

Today the Chelsea branch tried to offer me £150 for a brand new YSL Tote with Selfridges tags still on and dust bag etc. Price tag was £1590 and not even 2 months old but never ever used. I actually took it there on Saturday and the useless woman told me that the £600 I wanted wouldn't be a problem and i would probably get more but had to wait till after bank holiday for it to be authenticated. This company should be ashamed of themselves - misleading and robbing people left, right and centre.

The worst people to do business with go elsewhere Hatton garden branch so patronizing unwelcoming trying to rip you off and then sell for triple the price if you see on the reviews it’s only buyers that leave any form of positive comment - these people need investigating ASAP

Suggest you shop around if you have something to sell. Prestige offered me £250 for an 18ct item which scrapped at a bullion dealer for £365. Not a massive difference, I'll admit, but significant enough to make me avoid the shop in the future. Person who served me was, however, very pleasant and courteous.

i tried to sell (just to see if i could get a bit more dosh) a sought- after classic designer handbag which is in a pristine condition with all it's original accessories, ie box, card, receipt. i bought this item for £3000, today's market is worth £3,200. i wanted at least £2,500, it's only one year old like new. the lady (she's pleasant and attended me promptly) offered me less than £500 for it and i nearly fainted although i was laughing in my head. i took back my item back without any question straight away then left the store asap!

As with other reviewers, had a really poor experience at Prestige.
Took 3 rings in to sell. The girl behind the counter looked at the rings, then told me that the saphirre and diamond ring was cracked and had been filled with a synthetic filler. I have had that ring looked at by other jewellers and that had never been mentioned before. The ring was also surrounded by a carat worth of diamonds but she said it was only worth £100!! For the18ct diamond cluster with 25 diamonds, she said the diamonds we're too small and was only worth £250 and a platinum and diamond full eternity was old fashioned and also worth £250! They must think I was born yesterday!! Went down the road to another jewellers and got £2000!
Prestige were unfair and tried to rip me off!
Go elsewhere if wanting to sell.

Visited Richmond branch and was told that the diamonds were not real on a gent's 18 ct gold ring. This has turned out to be completely untrue and I feel massively misled by them. The gold alone is worth at least £175 and they valued it at £95. I shall certainly never return to Prestige Pawnbrokers.

Terrible people terrible service, I have heard this company is being investigated so stay well away unless you want to be robbed of your items avoid avoid avoid this company!!!!
