I had a great experience at the store in Victoria. I needed a loan on my jewellery and they gave me the best price. The girls I saw were very helpful and especially Rachel who helped me through the process. I'll definitely be back for my items and will use them again in the future. x

After calling through the website, I was directed to the Victoria store for a loan on my Rolex watch. The service in store was very efficient, offered a good price and they had a great deal of knowledge about luxury watches. I would highly recommend this store.

Needed a fast loan against my Rolex Airking, they gave a good amount and did it that day, gave the option of cash or transfer too. I was glad because it didn't have the original strap or B and P.

I've just brought today to them my Omega De Ville CoAxial Rose gold worth approx. £4500k with the intention to sell it, they said that they were interested and willing to keep it for the day to open it and look at the movement inside.
After 3 hours I went back to take it, apart from the ridiculous evaluation that they provided to me, they DAMAGED the case behind in the attempt to open it !!
Now there is a crack behind the case just where they've tried to open (force) it.

Very disappointed with the service we received. We had bought a pair of earrings sold to us as diamonds but which, when we took them for the backs to be repaired, were identified as not being diamonds. We rang the head office and were told that they would change them without quibble and were asked to just bring them into the shop and we would receive a refund. Once we got to the shop however we were kept waiting for an hour and a quarter by a particularly rude and non customer-focussed manager before we eventually get our money back. Terrible service, customers are just a problem for them - go elsewhere.

Used to use the pawn shop 5/6 years ago. Went back last week and everyone i knew had left, replaced by unhelpful and untrained staff. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Now owned by the same company as Money Shop this place has gone down hill, with shop staff trying to cut the prices dramatically, even the decor is very budget these days. Might as well use high street brokers.
