Visited the Chelsea store today to view a watch. The whole experience with Eva was courteous and professional. The watch was exactly as described online, actually no, it was much better in reality!! We had many questions about the purchase, all of which either Eva answered immediately or got the necessary information from her team. We left with more than we bargained for which tells me that the quality of the merchandise available through Prestige is very high end and that the service we received from Eva was excellent!
I would recommend this establishment wholeheartedly and do not doubt we will visit again soon.....

My partner and I visited the Chelsea branch recently and I must say that the service we received from Eva was outstanding. With her professionalism and sense of humour she made our pawnbroking experience very pleasant. 100% recommended!

Today, I went into the pawnbrokers to get a price with intentions to sell my stainless steel Daytona Rolex watch which are now discontinued. I’ve been offered £15,000 from numerous dealers. The lady assistant offered me £5,000 which I was astonished and overwhelmed with shock. I have never been so insulted in all my life and if I didn’t know how much value my watch is worth I could of easily been robbed today. This company is looking for morons so that they can dupe you.
