Do not take anything of value here. I took in my Longines Swiss watch that cost over £1,200, which I bought in Geneva towards the end of last year. It was in excellent condition. I was away in Spain for work for 2 months. Came back, paid off the loan, only to find my watch was not working. Date and time were wrong. When I complained the manager said it must be the battery. I said it was impossible as it was less than a year old. They broke it. Now, the watch will not keep to time and stops. The winder seems to have been broken I think and doesn't stay locked in, which probably means it is no longer water resistant. I have to take it in for repair now to Longines. So, not only did I pay interest for a £200 loan, I now have to pay for a repair assuming it is repairable. So, whatever you do, do not use this company. God knows what they do with your property when you hand it over to them.

Great team, amazing service. Always put customer first. Nice to feel welcome rather than just being served. Will recommend to everyone.

Absolute atrocity. DON'T TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED AND PAID FOR JEWELLERY HERE OR ANY FORM OF ELECTRICALS HERE... BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN!! THE MANAGER WAS ALLOWED TO WALK AWAY WITH THOUSANDS OF POUND'S WORTH OF PEOPLE'S JEWELLERY AND ELECTRICALS. MY £4000 PLATINUM NECKLACE, DIAMOND (ENGAGEMENT) RING £2000. HE WALKED AWAY WITH MANY ITEM'S AND HAS NEVER BEEN HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE WRONG DOING. THE NEW MANAGER "BEN" IS A IGNORANT PIG SO IF YOU HAD ANY ISSUES THEN MY ADVICE TO YOU IS TO GO STRAIGHT TO HR. H&T ON KINGS STREET HAVE MOVED BUT SAME STAFF...DRAGGING IT DOWN...PAST THE GUTTERS.
