I took my dog for an eye infection to the vet, Bryony, she was fantastic and spent a long time with my dog, very pleasant, 5 star to her and many thanks.
The consultation is almost 50 pounds which is quite expensive but she was great.
The one star is given to the dog toy I bought from their shop called STICKS for Toss and Fetch games which I bought while I was waiting to see the vet. The moment I gave the toy to my dog he held it in his teeth and the stuffing came apart.
I mentioned this to receptionist he just said there is a warning on the tag which was small print!!! by the way.
The receptionist said nothing such as, we will send it back to the manufacturers, or we will take your feedback on board, or even examine the toy and refund me. Instead he was just saying there was a warning on the label in small print, hardly bothered by my frustration on the poor quality of the toy, I had just paid for 20 seconds ago.
The toy was only £8, however it's not the price of the toy it's the customer service I experienced, which was very poor indeed...WARNING: don't buy any dog toys until you read the small print!

Wonderful Vet - Roland is very experienced and knowledgable and makes my dog feel very comfortable and happy. She has no problems entering (whereas previous dogs wouldn't even enter the door of a vets) and is always greeted with love, fusses (and treats!). Have found my vet for life!

The best vet in the borough of Ealing.
Myself and my moggie (Mikey) have been with the ‘Avenue Vet’ since they’ve opened their doors,and was it a god send.
Dr Roland and his well skilled team is from the best,and has there never been any issues that we’ve experianced at all.
From their fast booking service (Ive had to call them up a few times for a same day appointment,and were they always accommodating and managed to help me out).
They take the time to listen to any questions,queries and concerns that you may have and provides sound advise.
They are also a very hands on practise,and does not shy away from ensuring that the necessary gets done in terms of the well being of ones animal.

Started taking my two cats here when it opened. Nice to have a neighbourhood vet who grew up locally. Interior is modern and clean, staff are great. The vet is happy to let the cats explore first and not rush them which makes it less stressful. Would like them to stock Hills Science Plan cat food but that's a minor thing. Definitely recommend.

This is an excellent veterinary practice. Roland goes the extra mile and really explains what the problem/s might be, and is very clear and open about what the suggested process will be/cost. My dog is very tricky to deal with but so far (and thankfully!) Roland has persisted with him and we have managed to sort his various ear problems. I trust him and his team completely with my (very uncooperative!) but much adored dog and I don't think you can really put a price on that.

We are moving out of the area and I am very sad to be losing this vets! I have two mini/holland-lop bunnies and the team have looked after them amazingly over the last year and a half. Roland is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My bunnies had their neutering done here when they were young (and very small!) and they were looked after really well. They have also received jabs here and had check-ups. They may be slightly more expensive than your average vets, but they're not your average vets, so you pay for the service you get. I would definitely recommend them to other pet-owners in the area.

The Vet wasn't helpful at all, didn't know what was wrong with my cat and tried charged me extra when he asked me to come back for second visit when hadn't carried out checks on the firs visit which he should have done. I will never use this vet again.

Today I had my first visit at the Avenue Vet for my 5 year old cat. I changed vet as my previous vet retired, and I was therefore looking for a closer vet since I moved.
Mandu was welcomed and seen for her yearly "MOT" (vaccine + health check). Roland was very pleasant, and genuinly concerned / interested in Mandu, trying to get to know her.
Comparing to my previous vet, I felt Roland was very thorough, explained clearly all he did, and what he was checking, and the expected result.
He was very gentle and caring, and whilst Mandu hates going to the vet, she then was relaxed enough to stay on the table, even when the comfort of her carrier was on offer! (a first, she usually can't get fast enough in her cage).
I was very satisfied with the explanation, and the step by step given y Roland.
I will definitely return, as overall, I felt that Roland was more thorough than my previous vet (who was really nice and caring too), and I like the fact that they seem to have a "healthier" approach to vaccines (no adjuvant, etc).
