The store Manager Paul was absolutely amazing. Being unfamiliar with this whole process he was as accommodating and helpful as i could possibly have imagined. All items were of great sentimental value but my panic was alleviated by his professionalism. For that alone Cash Converters Shepherd’s bush deserve this glowing report! Thank you

I have used this particular Cash Converters many times & have always found them to be polite, straight talking & above all trust worthy.
I have pawned many different items over the years including mobile phone, computer games & jewellery and have got everything back in the same condition that I left it with no problems. Nothing ever lost or damaged etc.
I have even trusted them with my Mother's jewellery which is important to me as she has passed away. I have never had problems.

Good service and very helpful staff a part from one young lady with glasses on who didn’t want to buy my item when a minute before the previous colleague offered me cash for it.
Overall a nice shop and I would go back.

Shepherds Bush. Fast response to my question about an item. Well done.
I used to be a regular customer at this store alongside Acton and West Ealing. But with the advent of the wobbly web-store, tend to buy online more now.
That said, I sent an email this afternoon about an item for sale and it was answered very quickly. So for that, I award a five star rating as it very frustrating when stores either take ages or never reply at all.

Not good at all. They accepted my offer for something which was great. But I placed the order in the morning at 11am.. they failed to dispatch that day... I called the next day in the morning when I was guranteed it would be sent.. it wasn't.. they then sent it on the 20th and I called today to try and get some tracking details because it hasn't arrived and the guy on the phone told me they'd changed courier and appologised and said he would forward me the tracking details right away which sounded legit... He has not forwarded the tracking details.. USELESS. You guys should be on top of your work. It's not rocket science.
*Edit* Now they blocked my mobile number and wont now answer their phones from any other number.. just trying to chase up my order and get some tracking details lol.. crazy. Really poor

One of the worst places to shop i bought an item online from their store in shepherds bush it was advertised for sale even rang them to confirm it was for sale before purchasing after i bought the item i recieved delivery confirmation ect much later in the day i get an email saying we can't sell it to you the item was a present for a family member then i get a confirmation saying will take 5-10 days to get a refund :/ back in this time i could have othered the same type of item elsewhere and had it delivered very angry about i urge everyone to not shop here poorly ruin business had better expierences from other branches lucky for them there wasn't a 0 star.

Went in to enquire about selling a brand new iphone7 and the manager was extremely rude, wouldn't even assist me without first seeing a paper receipt even after advising it was purchased online and I could show him the digital receipt there and then...it's a wonder why cash converters continue to employ this ....
