[May 2021] I could find nothing to fault in this shop. Lovely items that you would never find on the high street. Prices reasonable. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of free parking.

Beautiful building, lots of space and Covid consideration. Wonderful things to look at and buy. Unfortunately not wheelchair friendly.

Beautiful well stocked antique shop in a stunning setting. The building itself is lovely. Items are displayed in a very organized manner. The staff are welcoming Ample parking space. The cafe was about to shut, hence could not have anything :(

Great choice of antique, vintage and new. Some quirky items and a wonderful smack of nostalgia. Buying vintage cut crystal made me smile.

As the name states, "Packhouse" - a great resource of antiques, you will be surprised, mesmerised when you see the jaw dropping antiques. They are located in Farnham, Surrey in an old barn type house, it's a perfect compliment for people visiting the restaurant next door. Great experience with plenty of things to appreciate.

I enjoyed it, but found it rather crowded with items for sale. Pleasant young person took our temperature before we went in, but didn't see anyone who looked like staff. I don't think the current situation shows it off at its best. Will go again

One of my favs! Such a beautiful setting, lots of parking and friendly staff always willing to help. So much to see and walk around. Something for everyone. Lots of events and other interesting things to visit too eg The Cocktail bar which often shows an appearance. Always nice to pop into The Bears Cafe after for a cuppa. The Packhouse have been outstanding throughout lockdown providing an ongoing high standard of service through online and telephone orders with very safe click and collect procedures.

I agree with those who say the stock is more tat than antique. I also agree with the comment about the attitude of the women serving. I found them snooty, supercilious and unhelpful. Not the place it was ten years ago.

I have always loved coming here but they now have far fewer antiques which is a shame. They seem to be adopting a more modern, shabby approach which was lovely as part of the offer but a bit boring when it takes over. I also wish the owners/managers were friendlier and more helpful. I can't help feeling as though they are doing you a favour by answering questions. They also ignored an enquiring email that I was advised by them to send. An American lady asked about a discount and they were quite off with her which embarrassed me as her enquiry was very polite. Shame, this could be so wonderful as the building is very old and very stunning.

Seemed like a collection of small businesses to do with antiques and restoration. There is a carpark. I was expected to have my temperature taken and to use a mask.

Great experience! The whole team were on it with the Covid safety precautions, greeted at the entrance with a temp check, hand sanitiser and one way systems. The food was also fantastic - some of the best risotto my friend has ever had! Staff at check outs were really efficient and couldn’t have been more helpful. Well worth the visit!

Wow first time to Bears Restaurant and certainly not disappointed. We booked online as we had been informed it gets busy. We were greeted on arrival by Madison who couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Great atmosphere, not rushed and a good selection of food. We will certainly be back. Strangely its on our doorstep and never been before!

Interesting place to wander around. The Bears restaurant was very nice and the staff very attentive and helpful. I wouldn't have said it was so much an antiques centre more a collection of old items put together with new items interspersed, some quite nice but it lacked the character of a true antiques centre. The building was quite stunning though.

Nice place to be, as always, but beginning to become a victim of its own success..... Being told you can only have one hour at your table is really not good enough. Saying that you're fully booked would almost be better than given a time limit. Less time doesn't mean a smaller bill!

Food as always was delicious. Their iced Latte however was awful! It was tasteless and so watery, despite removing all the ice as soon as i got it (i hate ice in my drinks!) I asked for another shot of coffee to see if that would improve the taste to something resembling a latte. It was returned to me warm and somehow tasting even worse and still watery. I couldnt drink it and told the waitress. The drink was taken off the bill but was still charged for the extra shot of coffee which I don't think was right. Will go again as I always enjoy the food. Would have been 5* if the iced Latte had been drinkable.

Great place to go if you want something for a modern house and you want furniture that is new but made to look old. But not great if you want genuine antiques. Just a nice place to browse
