My husband and I had a great experience here. Matt is very professional, knowledgeable, and great conversationalist. The lot is small and not overwhelmed by tons of cars which was really nice in my opinion. The store is also very neat and clean. We have trouble getting a loan because of lack of credit history, and Matt has been very helpful with keeping us updated in a timely manner. We are very happy we found this place and if all works we’ll definitely make this our go to car dealership.

Matt and his team are the real deal. Working with them, from out of state, was honestly a major pleasure.
In an industry that operates via "deals" there is often a lack of incentive for above and beyond customer service, simply because deals are one-time events. Well, honest to God, I hope to buy from Matt again in the future. He's made sure that Club Cars is founded upon transparency, honesty and integrity, and he looks out for his prospective customers as much as he can, even offering to ship my car to me from out of state.

I just want to start by saying Club Cars is not your usual dealership where the salesman will try to sell you a car no matter what. I ended up buying a 2017 Mazda 6 from here. This place is run my Matt who is a wonderful, wonderful guy. From day 1 he had been nothing but honest, straightforward and told me exactly how the car was, nothing less nothing more. I was surprised by how much time he gave me to look and drive the car and did not pressure me one second. He helped me finance the car as well which is a huge selling point for any potential buyer. Best dealership in the DMV by far and I would buy/sell a car from him again in a heartbeat! Thanks Matt!

I need to echo what so many of these other reviews have said. I was planning to buy a vehicle from another dealership until I saw something in the Carfax that was not initially communicated to me. I found Club Cars on Cargurus, and I am so glad I gave it a try. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Matt's vision for transparent car sales was amazing! This place has a perfect rating for a reason. Matt is amazing with outstanding customer service and fantastic cars. They are very open and transparent, which is a great breath of fresh air in the car buying arena. No pushy salesmen, never any pressure to buy. No huge overhead like other dealers, and they pass along the savings to their customers. They only care about providing an excellent experience and selling cars with a clean history. I am blown away by the level of professionalism at Club Cars! After having a few terrible experiences at local dealerships I was set to purchase a car online but I saw a Car Gurus commercial and decided to give it one more try. I found the car I was interested in and reached out to Club Cars. When we arrived at the location Matt was very welcoming and accommodating. There was zero pressure to buy and he let me take my time to decide to move forward. Matt and his team are the kindest, most sincere group of people I have ever encountered in a car dealership. There were no games or gimmicks, no hidden fees and everything was straight forward. There were a few minor issues with the car, but Matt and team went above and beyond to remedy them. I could not be happier with the transaction. They have great relationships with local credit unions so I received an amazing interest rate on my loan. I would recommend this dealership hands down to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

-Best customer service, these guys are not like "those" salesmen, they literally help you with everything!They were so patient while I was looking for the best insurance company and helped with every information I needed.Not to mention that because of my work schedule every time I went there they stayed late with a big smile.
-Great price and quality.
-Attention to detail, they even special ordered a little tiny cover that was missing in the interior of the car plus they fixed a part of the sunroof that was loose on the spot!
-Tags ready in a month.
-Best part, the owner drove me to the gas station to full my tank!
Can't thank them enough, I'm so happy with my new car!!

The owner of the dealership - Matt provided me with enough information over the phone that helped me to decide to pay a visit and take a test drive. I found the car to be as described. Things that helped me decide to buy the car.
- The excellent customer service.
- The honesty and the family-like atmosphere that one doesn't expect from a dealership.
- No sales pressure which is customary to many dealerships!
- The fact that the inventory (including the 2011 Benz I was interested in) are low-mileage mint condition cars.
- Where I identified minor issues (e.g., owners manual missing, a bulb on one of the turn signals not working) are all addressed.
- On the date where I drove from VA to MD to take the car, they waited for me beyond office hours due to traffic.
- The process was explained well and executed efficiently.
In summary, ALL MY EXPECTATIONS WERE MET AND BEYOND......

I drive past Club Cars almost every day. I decided to stop by one day when I started looking for a replacement for my old car. I have nothing but good things to say about them!
Their appraisal of my old car was fair, honest and completely transparent. They looked the car up and did the inspection in front of my eyes, and they ended up giving me more for it as a trade-in than anyone else I asked in the area.
They are very knowledgeable, and truly have the customer's best interest in mind. I never felt pressured in any way during the purchase, and always was presented with all the data I needed to make an informed decision. Their prices are also better than the other dealers in the area without need for stupid bargaining, which I hate. Straightforward pricing, and a very good one at that.
After the purchase, Matt followed up personally to make sure all of the paperwork got filed correctly. We even had some issues with the title changing from one owner to two (since I added my wife to it) and Matt handled it all from their end, no hassle to us at all.
I've had the new car for over a month now, and I'm very happy with it.
I would definitely recommend taking a look at their shop if you're in the market. All of their cars are relatively new, with very low mileage and in mint condition.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Number one, they gave me a VERY good deal. Number two, they were super accomodating to me as I had to come back after hours to officially pick up the car. They told me to not worry and they would stay late for us. Number 3, I was missing a liner in my trunk and they replaced it with no questions asked AND gave me a choice of a plastic or rug lined one. Number 4, they didn't charge me extra for bay license plates. Number 5, and the cake topper, when I came back to pick up my floor mat, I had scraped the side of my car up in a DC parking garage. There was white scrapes all down the side of my car. I also, was outside of the 30 day warranty window. Matt, the owner, offered, at no additional charge, to buff out the scratches and then touch up the ones that were a bit deeper. If that is not service, then I don't know what is! My car came with brand new tires and brakes that were at 75% or better in use. I couldn't be happier and neither could my husband! Thank Club Cars!

I purchased a Honda Civic 2015 with around 26000 miles mileage on odometer around 10 months ago. I have driven it only around 2500 miles (mostly in the city). I did not need to change oil as it has not driven even 3000 miles since I purchased it. I have not faced any problem with the car so far.
Most of the dealing was done with Matt, the owner. I was referred to this dealership by a lady who purchased a car for her daughter. Though, there is little room for price negotiation, but Matt has been fare in all his dealings with me and he also took care of post-sale mechanical work I needed time to time. I have noticed that most of the cars in his dealership are 2-5 years old with low mileage, so there is a high probability to get a good car (similar to certified cars).

dealer before and I came to check the dealer the first my first expression when I got there the approach I get by Mr. Matt Fallahi it was a nice welcome and also he got the passion to let me check a car to see and so I left and came back a week later and I came back with a desisson I came back with the car I was gonna get it was a little tough for me to decide because all the cars are very nice and brand new new tires etc.etc he helped me to do all the process and by doing it the one thing I was very impressed is that he is very polite and he spoke very highly about the staff worked with him including the guys that work in the back of the house right away I knew it I was on a family business which I love it thank you Mr.Matt for the great service and the customer service.Ill feel very safe to recommend someone in club cars to get a nice car.

Great car buying experience. Their cars are impeccably clean and detailed. They clearly care about the business and show pride in what they do. The prices are already super competitive, so don't expect to negotiate much, but you are going to get a good deal anyways because the prices are solid for the vehicle and condition you get. I have never written a review for a car dealership before, but my experience at Club Cars was so positive that I felt it would be useful to others to share my experience. Matt was extremely helpful in guiding my wife and I towards the car we were looking for, and explaining the pros and cons of different vehicles honestly and clearly. He was also extremely patient with our many questions. In addition, all of the paperwork for our eventual purchase was handled exceptionally smoothly and efficiently, without so much as a trip to the DMV necessary. He doesn't really negotiate the terms, as he points out they are already some of the lowest in the area. My research seemed to go along with what he said. The cars are not clunkers.
