Excellent buying experience. Matt and Club Cars aim to carve our a niche with " 'cream-puff' (well cared-for, immaculate) cars at unbeatable prices" - and they deliver! I combed inventory from Philadelphia through West Chester, White Marsh, Arlington and Rockville and no one came close to the immaculate, near-new inventory that Club Cars carries. Matt runs a no-pressure, helpful and transparent business you can trust. Will definitely check with Matt & Club Cars when my wife is up for another vehicle.

First, I would like to say this was my first car purchase from a dealership. The owner had great customer service, speaking skills and follow through when I needed assistance with paperwork. I was surprised by the willingness to allow me to time to make a solid decision on a big purchase without being forced to make a quick decision. The dealer was completely upfront in regard to all the issues with the vehicle and just honest throughout the whole process.

This was my first car purchase and Matt was super helpful. He wasn't pushy on the lot when I was looking at the 2015 Mazda CX5 (that I ended up buying), was really laid back. When I came to purchase it, they'd fixed a recall issue and replaced the wipers. I had a pre-purchase inspection done nearby and the review indicated the battery was close to dead and Club Cars bought one from the dealer and replaced it that day for me before I bought it. Matt answered all my questions patiently, walked through the paperwork, and was courteous and straight-forward. Great experience and the car is running really well. I'd highly recommend them for used cars. Great place!

Having bought cars at a variety of places I wasn’t expecting one to be as friendly, hardworking, and not pushy on hard selling you on anything. It’s all about wanting to make you have the best experience possible. I just brought a car in Jaunary, and I love it when I pulled up on the car lot Matt was at the door to meet and welcome me in, although my car was waiting on me, I was very impressed with the high end selection of cars, the prices are reasonable, and the service was awesome. I am letting everyone know that if they are looking for a good nice and reasonable vehicle, qnd dont mind driving to Maryland to get it, then I suggest they go to CLUB CARS.

Our experience with Matt at clubcars was flawless. We were looking for a car, usually shop at CarMax. Matt’s vehicles surpassed CarMax inventory in price, selection, and personal customer service. Don’t let the small dealership fool you - Matt knew more about the car we looking for (Lexus) more than CarMax and even the dealership! Clubcars took care of all paperwork quickly and efficiently - all we had to was enjoy the ride home in our new car. Matt selects his sale vehicles carefully and had numerous vehicles for us to consider. We Highly recommend Clubcars and would definitely select our next vehicle from them.

The best car-buying experience I have ever had!
The all-five-star reviews on various platforms caught my eye and gave me confidence before even walking in. The first time I stepped on the lot, I was pleasantly surprised: no shark-tank, no salespeople hassling/hustling, just a very relaxed and extremely friendly salesperson, encouraging me to look around and ask him anything I wanted to know. I browsed around for a bit and noticed that the vehicles were all in supreme condition. Most of them well under 40000 miles, no damages, no rust, no scratches... nothing. However, I did not buy that day and went on my way, without being harassed for my phone number, I might add. I did however, continue to monitor their website, which is very straightforward and does not suggest "special prices". What you see online is the asking price - plain and simple.
I returned roughly two weeks later to look at a 4 year old VW Passat with 29,700 miles on it (remember the low mileage vehicles...). The vehicle was ready when I got there after having called ahead. I was greeted by Matt and was able to take the car home (unaccompanied) to show to my family. While I was gone, the Club Cars staff checked the tire pressure on my rental car... amazing service!
I decided to buy the car and must admit that I have never experienced such great customer service. Matt and his team truly put the customer first. I was able to pay with a personal check (seriously, I did not think that possible anymore!), was out of the dealership with signed bill of sales and full paperwork within 30 minutes. I picked up an immaculately detailed car the next day (they do their own detailing on site). Because I had to drop off a rental, Matt personally picked me up at the rental car place and drove me to Club Cars.
Picked up the final tags today, and as I pulled up, Matt asked me if I wanted my car washed - this is two weeks after I bought the car there. Amazing.
The conversations were pleasant, respectful and everything about this place is one of a kind. I truly recommend Club Cars. I would go back in a heartbeat. Even though I don't need a car... just to buy one. Seriously, though: Buy your next car there!

So many places and ways to buy a car but still such a shark tank situation walking into a business. Internet has helped with the info side but you still buy a used car in person, after driving.
Very few manual transmissions available with a used car and I was looking for a Mazda. Car Club was the 2nd place I looked, 2 Mazdas w/manual transmissions for sale, Mazda3 and Mazda6.
First impression was seeing the all 5 star ratings online. Next was going there, to a not large lot but cars immaculate, all well organized. Was able to test drive cars solo, a bit surprising but nice, to feel that level of trust. Decided to purchase the Mazda 3, the sportier of the two.
No pressure, good price, Mr. Matt Fallahi held the car with no deposit just my word. !! He said that if I changed my mind to please just call, no problem.
Came back a few days later with a check, was picked up at the Metro station. The whole transaction was quick but not rushed. Got to drive home in my new car, a silver 2016 Mazda 3, Touring. Received plates and title in the mail instead of needing to drive back to pick them up.
Highly, highly recommend Mr. Fallahi and Car Club. He is very personable, is generous with car knowledge, transparent in manner, very polite. He runs his business in an ethical and professional manner... the way it should be.

I went to Club Cars during my lunch break from work. Their salesman, John was able to quickly locate the keys and I was test driving the car within 5 mins. The car was clean and drove pretty smooth. After the test drive, John and Matt answered all my questions. I told them that I was considering another car at another dealership and showed it to them online. They offered me honest advice and there was no pressure to buy their car. John is very experienced and knows how larger dealerships work. But this place is different, they are here to build a reputation and want to honestly run their business. They only sell cars with low mileage. Like the one I bought, with only 21,800 miles. The car looks in good shape with clean Carfax. Getting the car was hassle free and I didn’t have to look for scratches/dings or hidden damages. They also replaced the wheels hubs/caps that were a little scratched out with new ones. The car looks like new.
Also, their transaction fees is less than larger dealerships.
They even offered a free car wash and vacuum for my old car. :)
I have already recommended ClubCars to all my friends and family.
