I must say that I enjoyed my visit to the Institute of directors in London. It is an exquisite building steeped in history, you can just tell. Must have lots of fancy meetings there over the years. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was even a woman dressed up as the queen for photo opportunities should that inspire you. I did managed to fool a few people to be fair.
Everything is especially clean and tidy as well. They must have a high cleaning bill. Worth dropping in if you get an invite.

Wonderful people helping customers and guests in superb surroundings. The facilities are first rate. And it's most definitely the fantastic service by the fabulous people working there that make holding a meeting here thn exceptional experience. Thank you all who helped make our day a success. An absolutely spectacular venue and event. If I only went out once a year the Blue Dress Ball would be my choice. So much effort went into arranging this fabulous night and the venue was fit for a Princess❤

Useful meeting point in Central London. I now meet UK colleagues there as I am overseas ex-pat and don't qualify I suppose. Nice building and facilities - good central location and useful meeting venue. Business centre at rear has pleasant short term rental meeting rooms.

The Venue is lovely very elegant, plenty of space restaurant was very unorganised we ordered and meal got half the other whalf 45 minutes later so they can't deal with a vast amount of people at one time. The cloakroom from doesn't have no organisation with a cloakroom we went for a function and the alarm was set of half an hour before the function was finished.

Historically recognized place hosting banquets with delicious Contemporary cuisine with clear British heritage. Decor is of Georgian period as 116 Pall Mall building belongs to early 19th century. Ornate dining halls can host large groups. We really enjoyed food and highly stylized servings.

I was quite impressed with the building and facility available in the IoD. I will try to make a good use of it!
I tried the cafe below and got quite disappointed with the food. The burger was dry and salty. However, it was nice of them to give me gluten free bread as substitute of normal. However, The bread was not toasted and fall apart straight away.

Absolutely love IOD institute of directors pall mall one of it's many amazing features not least of which the stunning building Is the outstanding go the extra mile team from the truly lovely reception team right the way through to the membership team and beyond.
I really can not praise them high enough.
They truly deserve a great deal more than five stars.
I have no reservations In saying I Highly recommend IOD and 116 pall mall as by far one of my most favourite venues.

Do you need a quiet spot to do some work between meetings? Do you just want to have a relaxed business conversation in one of the most stylish settings ever? If the answer to either question is yes then definitely the IoD at Pall Mall can provide what you are looking for. If you are a startup I would surely recommend the 99 membership, great value for money!

Very well-frequented and well-equipped with lovely staff and excellent food at pretty reasonable prices. I've been a guest here a few times and do, genuinely, look forward to my meetings there. It has old-money charm and presentation for current world entrepreneurs.

Excellent if you want to eat or to chat. Annoying if you want to book a venue. One person seemed to be on duty for both floors 3 and 4. She was having none of this customer service nonsense. I couldnt check out a room cos 'all' were in use. Straight lie. My main interest was in the bigger floor 2 rooms so i just had a look in each.all empty of course. I also got a glimpse on floor 4. The other possibility is that her English was too poor for basic comprehension.But then she could have got a colleague?

Professional business club in a stunning classic building. Directors Room renovated recently offering plenty of seating and power outlets. Basic but reliable food and snack menu suitable for long work sessions. Wine Bar has very basic snack and beer offering and hardly any power points.

Visited the bar with friends for the first time and won't be going back.
Most of the staff were rude and unhelpful.
It was nice and quiet but I can see why.
Decor is interesting but does seem tired.

Had a business network meeting here. Really nice place to meet, lovely decor. The service is good and the staff were very friendly. The food and drinks are not cheap, but you kind of expect that. I would definitely recommend if you want to impress a potential client.

Fantastic service for all business owners and directors , the IOD offer some unique services which are not available anywhere else in the UK. Excellent cafe bar lobby. Great place to conduct meetings.

Meeting room with "hot" buffet.
Comfortable chairs, good choice of food - although not terribly practical to eat without a table. I think under a different setting, i could have rated this place higher.
Food was at best lukewarm which was disappointing as it was "proper" dinner food with heavy plates, knife and forks. The concept would have worked better with a finger hot food buffet. Staff on hand were smartly dressed, polite and discreet.

I love this place and for the first time I tried beef onglet. Similar to the goring with its unrushed efficiency, but with a low attendance, and slightly lacking in pomp. However the building has a rich history with lots of paintings of historic figures, and as an autistic person I had probably the best ambience I've had in a restaurant for a very long time.
