The cafe is a great little hide away from the deluge of Prets/Costa's in West London.

Attended the Abbey Centre for a training course. We were in the top floor room. It was nice and bright. It got very hot in the afternoon as we were in eaves of the sloping roof and there was lack of insulation. The three small windows didn't offer much ventilation. The refreshment on offer was average.

A building that offers so many forms of alternative therapy, healing, exercise, meetings for all age groups, socialization, yoga, meditation, walking groups and so on, to many classes to mention but a great place with helpful staff with a warm welcome in a great part of London.

My employer used this venue for a meeting as our usual one was fully booked. The Abbey centre provided lunch of sandwiches (various fillings), bowl of crisps and small plate of cake. morning/afternoon refreshments also provided. Meeting room was standard, there was a hole in the glass in the window, it was a cold day, those sitting near the window had to keep their coats on ! The toilet facilities were very small with a notice on the door requesting that you use minimum toilet paper due to risk of blocking ! Overall this venue is ok for a backup.

This is a little Gem of a place...in the center of Westminster, its a community center which caters for all sorts of events, from table tennis, tia chi, to meditation. Food is priced for every budget!! Pop in for a coffee and soak up a bit of Westminster!! Today I started a 12 week course on aromatherapy, the use of essential oil's and ways of using aromas in the oils or flowers!! I made a nice bag of lavender + cinnamon bath salts...which I will use tomorrow as its best left for say 12 hrs to let everything infuse and it allows the salts to increase in intensity!! Great for giving as pressies...even to yourself!! Go on pop into the Abbey center,have lunch or a coffee and take a look at all the Great events that take place regularly... Enjoy...I certainly am!! Blessings

Great to discover this tucked away place in the middle of expensive Westminster. The lunches are of a high quality and the desserts are a snip at £2.50 and amongst the nicest I've ever had. Good for having a working lunch.

A great little place where you could read the newspapers and have a meal. Unfortunately they have stopped the newspapers! They had 3 different newspapers which is quite expensive. Hopefully they can at least reinstate the Guardian!

We booked for a staff meeting on 1st March 2013. We ordered a buffet lunch which never arrived. We were told to use the cafe area to order our food we then had to sit on separate tables when the team were meant to be bonding. This booking was paid for in advance and are still waiting to be credited for items we did not receive.
The day was spoilt by not receiving our food that we had ordered and paid for in advance.
