Accurate with my finances and displays all the relevant info.Not quite sure 100% if my rating indicated is that but it changes when certain circumstances with my money changes so it seems correct.I'm happy to use them and it costs nothing.

Superb little company offering a very sought after product. As someone who recently got a credit card and is saving to move out I'm curious to find my score without wanting to pay for it (given that before May i'd never used credit/overdrafts). Delighted to see the factors that go in the overall score. The fact its all free is superb and makes this something everyone should use. I would advise ignoring the low raters as 100% of them just seem unhappy with their score unaware that this issue would be nothing to do with ClearScore. Would heavily recommend.

Dealing with personal finances can be a bit boring sometimes, so its brilliant to have a free service on my phone which lets me track my credit score without any hassle. It only took a few minute to sign up and the app is really beautifully designed so that you can get the information you need quickly. I once signed up for Experian and forgot about it so I ended up paying for a subscription I was never using, so the fact that this is also really important.

Clearscore has weak security checks - someone can view your report without proof of ID, without email verification and they don't even need to provide complete or correct data to gain access.
Clearscore has allowed a third party to open an account and view my report, consequently I have been victim to credit card fraud.

Clearscore were great for the first 8 months, But they haven't updated my score for the past 3 months even though I've cleared over 4 Grand from my Debt's. I did send them an email, but was directored to contact the complaints dept. Why couldn't they just forward my original email to the right Department !!!

I used to pay for my Credit score but cancelled a few years ago missed the information as I had a bad score earlier in my life bought the score back up with hard work and determination Clear score has enabled me to enjoy the fruits of my labour and I have recommended to many friends it pays great dividends to know were you stand Remember Knowledge is power Great app.

fantastic company! THE ONLY REASON I JOINED WAS BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO PAY EXPERIAN A FEE OR FOR ANY AGENCY FOR THAT MATTER. I HAVEN'T REGRETTED IT. I WOULD ENCOURAGE THOSE WHO WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE CREDIT AND HOW TO IMPROVE IT OR JUST TO FIND OUT THE SCORE. :) Happy credit for everyone!

Really annoyed at this company. I joined to try and see how i could improve my credit score and followed their advice and went from a 479 score to a 413 score the next month because i upped my overdraft. Clear score said a negative factor was my low overdraft... i up it and because i moved house and Eon and Seven Trent did a search on me too, this is now seen as too many searched in a short space if time and dropped my score to 413!
I wish i had never joined them !

Completely useless and waste of time. I had their account for a couple of years now and I just had enough and did delete it. For last month they stated on my report that I open and closed an account with Three network. Also they have been constantly claiming that I'm not registered with electoral roll even though I always was, received written letter about it and even confirmed that with my local council that I'm.
This company exist so you can keep receiving spams about all kind of credit cards, loans, etc. with interest rate that high that it shouldn't be legal to offer it at all.

No problem with the service. An easy to understand and accessible credit report which is a good thing. However, having seen the 'team photo', do they have an ageist employment issue? Struggling to see anyone over 40 there guys n gals.

Records are frequently outdated for long periods of time and disputes are responded to late and with no intention of rectifying the situation. My credit score has been sitting at 150 points below what it actually is for four months now, having dropped over night as well as my credit details disappearing. If you're worried about your score on Clearscore, I'd advise doing what I did and register directly with Equifax for a concise, up-to-date version - it's probably nowhere near as bad as you think!

Problems like disputed accounts take ages to remove and have a totally disproportionate impact on ones score. Actions recommended to assist an improvement also take ages to impact ones score, Basic errors in Experian's information are also very difficult if not impossible to correct. Overall system is very poor and unreliable.

The data they have on individuals can be 4 years out of date. No matter how often you tell them you have moved home. Have a mortgage, are registered to vote or have a credit card. It's a bit of a joke that they sell this service to banks and credit agencies.

Clearscore is disappointing because it does not update accounts correctly and therefore the credit score it gives is not accurate . For example my Barclaycard account was settled in February and clearscore has not updated this. Not happy about this.

Unfortunately clearscore rely on Equifax for there information, i do not use equifax but have told clearscore numerous times that a lot of their "facts" about me are wrong , they have done nothing about it , except tell me to sort it out with equifax, Excuse me, its your business that is publishing the wrong information YOU SORT YOUR ERRORS OUT NOT ME, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ACCURATE CREDIT RATING

The clear score site is easy to get through and has enabled me to get a credit card with which to rebuild my poor credit history. However, my score went down and there was no explanation as to why, perhaps after a few more months of monitoring, this issue will be resolved. I am optimistic.

Surprised that we are discussing whether access to our personal information should be free or not! Although I agree that ClearScore has improved one aspect of this dubious business I fundamentally disagree with the way the credit agencies operate. They should not be allowed access to private information without the approval of the individuals concerned: uncontrolled release of personal information from financial agencies is also very suspect. Further, it is unfair that agencies only collect selected data to determine creditworthiness. All individuals have their own story and company data is but a part of the true picture. In short the credit agency business needs a major overhaul - and probably legislation to ensure compliance.

I've serious doubts about the security of this service. I was able to set up an account for my wife using basic details that others would know.
Furthermore, my own account isn't reflecting all my loans and mortgages. Therefore, I've doubts about the robustness of the credit score.

There system never seem to update it out of date information . There giving to people when people might of paid credit card off, but it look on there system it still out standing . Plus Equifax are not much help at all . This is the third time of contact your third party Company to try to get my credit score correct . As it wrong in 2 ways so it give banks false information .

Absolutely false credit score reports, I was with clear score since last 3 years, I used to rely on their reports, since last 4 months they are showing my credit score 288 out of 700, I was too worried about my credit score and I was too hesitant to apply for anything which requires a credit search, last week my partner told me to check on Experian, I was shocked to see the difference, my Experian report shows my credit rating is good with 843 out 999, I have received full report from Experian and now I am out of coma. I have deleted clearscore app straightaway. Don’t trust clearscore anymore. Although they provide free credit scores and reports but it is all rubbish.

I first registered with ClearScore several years ago not least because they offered a free credit check service while others at the time did not. I think the pressure they put on credit agencies like Experian to follow suit deserves serious praise. I would be giving them a 5 star rating were it not for the fact that I have had to raise a couple of issues with them which seem to have taken rather a long time to resolve/correct via Equifax. That said their website and advice articles continue to demonstrate they strive to improve their service which I happily recommend.

Absolute garbage. Every single thing they've got wrong. From my address to not being on the electoral roll, saying I don't have a mortgage, a loan or credit cards. I have all. Unfortunately.

This is a great service, gives you a very clear picture of where you credit score is at and options for credit cards and loans, with an percentage of people on the same rating as you who have been accepted for a loan or credit card. This allows you to apply with confidence and not be frightened you will be declined and damage your credit score! A must have app, and it's free!!

Terrible customer service. Stuck in purgatory between Equifax and Clearscore. Clearscore do everything in their power to prevent and direct contact with the client. Must try harder as incorrect information has a tangible real life impact

I tried to set up a ClearScore Account, already knowing that I have a fantastic credit score, but so far have had no joy as even though I have given them part bank account details they can't seem to verify them. I keep being told to try again, but it won't let me!! This has just turned in to a frustrating waste of time, therefore, I will stick with Experian, with which I had no such problems.

To be able to access information so crucial to your personal financial standing and be charged for the privilege just seems bizarre to me. Therefore when Clearscore appeared providing it for free I was delighted to use their service. It was a beautifully designed site and very straightforward and so easy to use. Within minutes of going to the site and registering I had all the information I needed. This will be my go-to place from now on to access my credit information. I highly recommend Clearscore without hesitation
