Worst!! PLEASE ALL AVOID. When you get the loan you pay a small amount as agreed, then when you finish they will increase it sooooo much! The interest is so high and the payments do not go down. Worst mistake of my life. PLEASE AVOID ALL, DO NOT TRUST THEM AND GET A LOAN. LIES AND POOR SERVICE

Never use this company, I borrowed £10.000, and because I don't understand about how this works, I am giving back £20.000.
Every time I pay, the balance does not go down for something call "interest accrual", which they don't even bother in explaining.

I applied online and it was an easy application. The process was really smooth. The staff are really approachable and always there to help whenever there is a query. The website is user friendly. My guarantor was amazed about the process because it was very easy steps to follow. It was assessed promptly and I received my 1st scheduled payment. Thank you Future Finance!!! Amazing service!!! Absolutely terrible experience from the get go...
Firstly my contract was amended and then re-signed by myself 4 times, a process which involves pressing continue three times then finish. My first loan instalment finally arrived six weeks late and the second instalment was late as well.
Every person you speak to on the phone offers a slightly alternative message and I was actually offered the answer to my question about my personal account before answering the security questions of DoB and address on one occasion.
Completely unprofessional, unhelpful and unapologetic, would not recommend.
I would even encourage students to take out payday loans and pay them off with their government loans as the process would be so much quicker, and the gov loan comes every three months and very little interest would accumulate with either pay day or future finance in that short term.

Honestly, it was such a nice straightforward process that for me took less than a few hours. I had a letter of confirmation from my institution of study already on my computer so I didn't have to wait till the next day to complete the application. compared to student finance, getting access to future finance was a walk in the park. Everything was all very plain and simple and easily laid out, for someone like me who has dyslexia to understand. The customer services was very pleasant and reassuring.
I'm currently doing my first degree as an undergraduate, and it's nice to know that I can get access to some funds so that I can prepay things like my rent and take the stress off myself. The limited amount of money I would have had left after rent using just student makes buying groceries just eat a struggle. Once I finish this degree, I really want to use this service again to help fund my postgraduate venture into medicine.

They just refused me to become a guarantor only on the basis that I am a Permanent residence in the UK and not having an Indefinite leave to remain. When asked what is the difference between a Permanent residence document and Indefinite leave to remain document the answer was Permanent residence holder are not allowed to stay in the UK if they stop working. They really need to employ some skilled person who will understand what is what.

Basically a payday loan targeting students. You accrue interest whilst studying and then pay that off once the full payments come out after graduation, only then do you begin to pay off initial loan. There's no clear way to view your balance or to pay off early online. You can't pay the loan off with a credit card either so you're stuck with their heavy fees and can only pay off very slowly making the interest grow.

Shady back street loan company with joke interest and repayment terms. Looking at their accounts and their steady loss of 20m a year will be bust at the end of the tax year.
They Have farmed my account out to a shark debt collector despite it being part of an active IVA so they can expect to be in the proverbial with the FSA quite soon.
