Not here to complain about the loans. Never had anissue with them on the loan side In fact they're very good.
The only thing is their phone system.
Like how can you have people call up.
Be in first position , then before you can get put through to someone the phone is hung up on me.
Then I call back to be in position 4.
I wait.
And wait
And wait.
To get to position 1 .
Only to be hung up on again.
And again.
And again.
I'm after been trying to get them on the phone for 30 minutes only to be hung up on.

Really quick application and approval, good customer service but very very long pay out times, which let's this service down completely.
If you apply on a Friday, you won't get any payment until Monday, that isn't how the banking service works for Bacs nor faster payment so this is a complete in-house admin issue.

My first loan loan experience with Rui at Elephant and Castle branch was fantastic, Rui was very patient and he really help me to get the loan I wanted at the time I needed it!! Very reliable people at the branch, fast and friendly customer service 10/10! I went back to get a top up loan yesterday and I met Javier, very good guy, he was nice and explain in detail regarding my loan! he has good sense of humour, nice atmosphere, very patient, I was very happy although! Fair finance loan is affordable compared to other loans company out there, I told them how much I can afford to pay back every months and they accepted!! Thank you Fair Finance, Reliable and affordable Loan!!!

They always helped me and did the best they could do to offer me a loan when no other lenders would. The interest it's very low compared to other competitors, staff it's very responsive and well trained.
Fair finance it's the best lender for me
