After putting me through leaps and bounds to meet their criteria (Such as rejecting a signed tenancy agreement for proof of address), having to upload countless documents only to be rejected- then extending the date my loan was going to arrive after telling me they didn't receive certain uploaded files even though they were uploaded in the first place, days of effort and stress put into it only to be rejected? All documents accepted, guarantor accepted, yet last minute they changed their mind and completely wasted my time.
If you sign up, they will call you twice a day, constant emails, texts, calls at bloody 8pm trying to get you to continue. Theyre sharks- beware.
If you're desperate for cash, go to a company where they wont waste your time and give you a direct answer immediately.

They are absolutely the most disgusting loan company ever. If you have been rejected honestly you have missed a whole lot of stress. They are worse than the bank. They are so amazing and kind at the beginning but they cheat you out your money and when you paying back you are not paying the loan you are paying the interest add. There is poor communication between staff members they will quote you all wrong figures. Honestly would not recommend, was able to pay it off but it is not easy for everyone.
