Had an absolutely horrible experience here a couple weeks ago trying to finalize paperwork for a new car and after looking at the reviews, I see it was a mistake to even come here. The lady we spoke with was incredibly short and rude to us and ignored the majority of our questions.

Really appreciated how the branch manager handled an uncomfortable experience with one of the tellers. Mrs Garner quickly helped me with what I needed, and did so professionally and with a smile so genuine it shown through her mask. Ladies like Mrs garner and the branch manager will keep me with secu for the non tangible quality in business , and commerce that really makes the difference.

Been members since 1992 and managed accounts for us and our 3 kids. Staff is great, very helpful. Finally they have a dedicated app for smartphones, and that makes it easier to manage things.
