Being a member, I am worried about the behaviour of CIMA Sri Lanka towards their members. They are very polite until they charge the annual membership fees. After that no value added services, only show off unfortunately. I brought the attention of CIMA UK regarding the issues. They are again saying to contact regional office which is not helpful at all. I wasted my energy and time. The UK management simply shows that they are not responsible for their regional offices. It is very pathetic and sorrowful. First of all, professionalism should be taught to the CIMA staff on how to behave with members. CIMA is solely focused on money, nothing else.

Pathetic customer service. Not sure Integrity & Professionalism (taught in course study & advertised) are actually being followed. Too much bureaucracy. Membership team actually doesn't know correct process for Fellowship. Assessors doesn't know what they actually want. Keep asking for more details, some how information provided is always insufficient

Good luck getting any kind of customer support. I have been waiting for over 10 days for an answer to a simple question (something they should have sent me to begin with!). So frustrating to have your study schedule thrown off the rails because an *allegedly* professional company which is not responding to emails.

I have studied for CIMA qualification for a few years and I'm almost qualified now. But I never expected that I would encounter such an appalling and abysmal customer service from the organisation that teaches you how to manage a successful business. Not sure whether I will be very proud to be part of this so called "exclusive" club of CIMA members ..

Abysmal customer service. No response on phone having made tens of calls over several months. No response to month old emails other than to say call number that no one responds to. No response on social media other than automated messages saying call number that no one responds to. Internal structure / processes must be in meltdown..
