I ordered a part from AutohausAZ and paid for next day delivery and they did not deliver it. I'm really unsatisfied with this company and I would not order from them again. I called customer care and one of the employees said that reader our policy that they're not responsible for next day delivery. I do not recommend this company to any of my friends and family members or any of my other shops.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Quality of part was terrible for the price, didn’t work when I got it after waiting a few days. Returned it 2 Monday’s ago and they’re just now issuing a refund after “7-10” says well that was yesterday on the 9th and here it is today with no refund from them. Very bad customer service all around, they don’t answer phones from ppl calling out of state so how the hell does that help someone when you have to email all day?Just a bad run business will not give them anymore money.

I've been in the process of updating/restoring a Mercedes 190e for a couple of years, including new paint, updated interior, stereo, engine components, etc. The car is a 1991 and even though they are still popular finding maintenance parts is a real challenge and often costly. AutohausAZ has become one of my "goto" places for hard to find parts and their prices are amazingly low in comparison to other sites. Their delivery is always ahead of what they say and the parts are always correct. Can't say enough good things about them.

I verified that my part fit my vehicle before the order was placed. Surprise, they sent the wrong part. They will not accept the return because it was not in the original cardboard box it came in with the specific part number from the manufacturer. So instead of printing a sticker on another cardboard box with the part number on it they refuse to accept the return so that leaves me out $600. YOU NEED TO ADAPT TO HELP CUSTOMERS EVEN IF IT'S INCONVENIENT.

Purchased lowest priced top shock mounts. Had them installed. One was bad. Getting a replacement shock mount was going to take days. Impossible to get through via customer service phone. The weight was 3 to 4 hours. I had the option to leave a message, which I took. No return call. Went ahead and bought the part at AutoZone. So I sent an email, the reply was I had the wrong order number. Which was a true joke, because I gave them the right order number. I emailed a copy of their order. No reply Finally got through After two hours on hold I finally got through. The customer service representative said he would take care of it don’t worry. I asked him if he could take care of the reinstallation which was $140. He said they don’t. He said he would take care of my shipping. The return email required me to pay for the return shipping. What an insult. I’m sure they’re pretty good when the parts aren’t defective.But when they are good luck with customer service. They are impossible and unreasonable. This $60 part cost me $140 plus $11 for shipping. Cheapest is not always the best. Will never use them again. So to add insult to injury I have to send it back with postage. To me they don’t only suck, These people swallow.

Was replacing an alternator on a '99 Sienna minivan. The local Toyota dealer was asking about $185 for the rebuilt part + the usual core charge. I searched around the internet, found AutohausAZ with a name-brand rebuilt Denso replacement for almost $50 less, which included free shipping (other online sellers were always more for the full, delivered price - they might have a lower part price but then charged for the shipping; plus many were selling off-brand, non-Denso replacements). I was first concerned about the transit time but then saw they had a regional fulfillment warehouse within a day of me. I called the AutohausAZ customer service number (which took a while to answer) to see if they could tell me if my alternator would be shipped from the warehouse near me, but for some reason I don't think he knew. I ordered it anyway, figuring a high demand product like an alternator would be stocked regionally, and got it the next day ground (without having to pay express shipping charges; YMMV). Yes, I know they clean up the rebuilt parts, but when I opened the box, the alternator was so shiny, it looked brand new! For the core charge return, fortunately, an alternator is small enough that I was able to use a $20 Large "One Rate" box from FedEx to ship my old alternator back for the core charge refund. Even with me having to pay the $20 core return shipping, I still saved at least $30 over the local Toyota Parts Dept. Well-satisfied with the best price, quick shipment, great email communication of my order and the Return Authorization process, and timely core charge refund. Yes, I would order from AutohausAZ again, and have already recommended them to a buddy I know about to do some work on his minivan. (p.s.- FYI, I see that there is now no more "free shipping" but different flat-rate shipping rates based on $ order amount and weight. My Denso alternator part price has dropped now, but not enough to offset the new flat-rate shipping so if I bought the same part today that I bought a month ago, it would cost about $4.50 more now total, delivered.)

These guys are great. I had some issues with shipment and products before and every time they called me and provided great customer service. They even took off the overnight shipping cost for a mixup in my order process. Bottom line is that if you want great products and reliable service, then go through these guys.

This was my first time dealing with AutohausAZ, and I will admit that it can be a little bit difficult contacting customer service via phone. (..The best way was through Facebook Messenger..) That said, I found Koyo rear wheel bearings for a 2006 Tacoma - which cost about $300 a piece at most parts stores - for $103 each. I ordered them yesterday morning and they showed up at my door around noon one day later. I'll be back..

I have not recieved parts yet so I can't say anything about the quality. If you are needing your parts in a timely manner I would not recommend them. I called them before ordering parts to verify if they had them in stock and how long it would take them to ship out after the order was placed. He said that they had them in stock in Arizona and that they would ship them out the next businesses day. Since I am in Arizona we both figured that I would get the parts in time. I placed order late in the day on friday and did receive the shipping/tracking email next business day on Monday. To my surprise the parts were coming from Georgia and the parts will not be here in time for customer.

False advertising on one day shipping. Order on a Thursday one day shipping. Didn't receive until Monday. Charged $23.99 for one day shipping on order placed before 1:00 PM to ship same day. Would like to give no stars for very poor customer service. This is my first and last time I will use this company. Their only response would be to send me my tracking number over and over.

have to say that I am last than happy with my order from AutohausAZ. I ordered a ABS sensor for a 2011 Sprinter van. It took them 2 weeks to process my order. After unsuccessfully going onto my online account that did not show any issues with my payment I called them to get the issue sorted out. 2 weeks later my order is processed. Than when I get the part its for a 2012 sprinter. When I called them and spoke with Jamie he told me that he is not able to issue me a refund stating that it was my error. As if I do not know what year my car is!!!!!. WTH!!!!!!Now I am out of $60+. I will never purchase from these people again. I understand there is a return policy but this is wrong on all levels!!!! I then go on their Facebook page to file this same review. Guess what, they do not allow you to leave a review and I wonder why? Never again!!!!!

I used their website to select TPMS sensors for my Boxster, bought them and had them installed. They didn't work, wrong frequency, completely wrong part. AutohausAZ response was that I should have had a qualified Porsche mechanic verify that this was the right part before purchasing. Have you tried Pelican Parts?

Very disappointing experience. I thought I would give these guys a try and ordered a muffler from them. I received the muffler, installed it and found out one of the welds had burned through and the muffler had a hole in it. I emailed them for a replacement and after 2 days I still had not heard anything. When I called I was told this was a discontinued item. My guess is they sent us a return that was laying around in their warehouse. This was their chance to make a good impression and get some business from us as we buy a lot of European parts. The lack of response and the unwillingness to make this right with us shows me they do n to have the experience or the financial ability to support customers. They promised to send a return authorization, so I hope they send it and I do not have to change them. next time I will stick with the 2 or 3 big names out there who have proven the ability to satisfy.

Attention to Canadian citizens...... I haven’t received yet my parts, they holding at border for duty fees payment. Ordered break pads for my car online. At the checkout they charge shipping fees $76.99. I was sure that was included duty fees. Now I received email from UPS saying there is duty fees $40.99. On the same day I ordered same parts for other car from RocAuto. The shipping by Fedex $24.52 , plus Import duty $19.26. Shipping from Autohaus $76.99 plus duty fees $40.99 ( total $117.98) Shipping from RockAuto $43.78 incl. duty This makes me very disappointed. Triple charge just for shipping. Think twice before buying any thing from AutoHaus.

Prices are fair but shipping is a nightmare! Like others have stated I paid to have the item delivered the next day only to be told that it will come 2 days after that. Order was placed on a Saturday and guaranteed delivery is not until Wednesday. Why offer next day at all? If I would've taken the time to read the reviews I would've taken my business elsewhere. When every day counts 3 days is just unacceptable specially when paying for "next day" delivery.

The shop I work for order a part from this company and paid for next day delivery and we didn't get the part but they did take the money for the next day delivery. We are really unsatisfied with this company I don't know how this companies in business the way they do stuff and handle people on the phone. We will not order parts from this company ever again. This company was recommended by a co-worker at our shop and unfortunately this company made him look bad.

Overall I have had a great experience with AutohausAZ. All of my experience with them is from either buying parts for my ZHP from their website, or from interacting on Instagram. I’ve been buying parts from AutohausAZ since 2016 and I’ve never had a bad experience up until my most recent purchase. On that purchase I decided to buy a range of new brake parts (calipers, pads, rotors, fluid) for my upcoming drive to California. I bought all of these parts two weeks before my trip with the intent of doing the whole brake job a week before I depart. Once everything arrived for me to start the brake refresh I discovered I was missing the rear brake pads. I called that day to let AutohausAZ know. I don’t remember who answered the phone to help me, but whoever it was, he was a little rude. He spoke to me in a rude tone while we were trying to figure out how many package were delivered to my address. I initially told him two, then corrected it to three. His response was “sir, you just told me you received two packages, and now you’re telling me you received three? I need to know how many you received, I’m just trying to help you.” It wasn’t what he said, but the tone In which he spoke to me, it sounded rude. I’m not sure if he thought I was being rude, but it wasn’t my intention. After three days of calling, the pads were finally shipped on expedited shipping (3-day shipping) to my house. By this point my trip to California was in 2 days. This whole situation of my pads missing and the delay it took to send them to me, put me in the exact situation I was trying to avoid (refreshing my whole braking system days before a long road trip). As any DIY-er should know, things don’t always go as planned when DIYing, so never DIY right before needing your car for any kind of event. It’s like procrastination, not a good idea. Lastly, the pads I was sent did not come with the proper brake wear sensors. The pads were for the rear, but the sensor was for the front. In reality I don’t care about the sensor. I’m most frustrated by the fact that I was forced into a situation that I was intentionally trying to avoid, all because of the delay in having the pads sent to me. I appreciate that they were expedited to me, but 3-day shipping was disappointed, especially since it took an additional 3 days just to have them actually sent to me. I waited a total of 6 days. I still intend on buying from AutohausAZ since I’m also in AZ and it’s very convenient for me, but this was an irritating experience.

Parts are fairly good. Don't pay for expedited shipping, they have been very late several times in the past... My current order from last Wednesday still has not shipped as of today (Monday) for arrival tomorrow (?) They did say they would refund my expediting fee ($23.99), but they said that last time and never did refund a dime... In short, NEVER COUNT ON AUTOHAUS if you have plans to work on a car in less than 10 days... They need to overhaul their handling and logistics departments in order to come up to todays standards... I was looking to buy some parts off here but am extremely turned off by the first interaction I had with your organization. I'll take my business elsewhere, the last thing I want to do is call in to ask for help and be spoken to in a rude manner. How about you hire some people that actually listen and and don't speak over the customer.

Best customer service ever! I purchased a very expensive OEM headlight for a goof price, but it didn't work when installed by my body shop. Mike and the guys at Autohaus AZ exchanged the part not once but twice without a hassle. They paid to overnight the part twice and Mike even hand delivered it to my body shop on Saturday. These guys went way above and beyond trying to make me happy in a situation that was never their fault. Why can't I leave more than 5 stars for this kind of service?? Thanks guys!

I ordered a set of injectors only to receive an email that they would not ship them to my current address as it is different than my billing address. I am on a yacht traveling and need them for one engine. Despite my informative phone call they said I needed to find them elsewhere. Thanks guys....lots of help. I will not recommend them. I most apparently should have read some of the OTHER reviews before ordering......I'm not first.

Internet prices and a will call counter right here in the Phoenix area. You can't just walk in and buy, you have to order in advance and they'll text or email you when your order is ready. A great selection of parts for German cars and other imports on their website. Well organized and a knowledgeable staff, I'll continue to get parts for the wife's Bimmer here.

Placed UPS Priority Mail order with them on a Sunday. It's now Friday and still no parts. Customer service representative and manager were condescending. Tracking still says it's in pre-shipment. Manager said the best he could do was 10% refund. Still no guarantee of a date when parts will arrive. Unpleasant experience. Do not recommend...especially if it's important the parts ordered get to you in specific time frame. USE PELICAN PARTS!!! Note: parts here were cheaper than other options...this is a case of you get what you pay for. Disappointed.
