Tried to buy parts that were “in stock”. They weren’t in stock and had to be ordered. I wanted to order them and ship them to my mechanic. Since that’s where the van would be and I was on a time crunch on getting repairs done. They would not ship what I needed to the mechanic I use. They wanted to ship to the billing address which wouldn’t work since that’s not where the repairs are being done.

This is a great place to shop for all your automotive parts. They have very fair prices and fast shipping if you live out of the state of Arizona. I have been using Autohaus Az for the past 12 years without any negative issues. The guys who take your orders are great, as they will do whatever they can to get you the correct part for your vehicle.
If you happen to live in Arizona, you can just make a will call and pick up the parts yourself which is what I usually do.
Autohaus Az is just a great place to shop for whatever auto parts you may need period.

They listed one part that fit my BMW 750LI and shipped it to me. The part did not fit and I called. I was told there are 3 different part options and I would need to pay to ship the wrong part back for a refund. I would have to pay to ship it back after paying to have it shipped to me. Cast $12 in shipping for a refund of $15 and I still would have to pay to ship the correct size part back to me. I would pay more in shipping than the part which cost $15. I learned my lesson. I will shop from a different part provider that can get the part size correct the first time based on the year and make of my vehicle. A waste of time and money.

I am a potential buyer from Europe (Austria) and I wouldn't recommend them at all because of the following reasons:
1) After 1 week, 3 emails and several unanswered calls I got a mediocre answer for my questions. I asked about a SIMPLE specific technical question and the answer from the parts specialist was "This technical question would be best answered by the manufacturer. Please contact them".
2) Their shipping rates are ridiculous. I was going to buy around 1000 USD in parts and the standard shipping costs around 750 USD. (As soon as I added a small hose in the basket, the price would go up with 100 USD). I asked about help with shipping, but no answer.
SOLUTION: I read the reviews here and went to another shop that a user suggested. Could not be happier. Got an answer within the hour for the same parts and the shipping costs are 120 USD compared to 750 USD. That is insane!!! That is how you lose customers...

Excellent online Auto Parts source. Catalog is easy to navigate and one of the better auto sites. No issues with the 10+ orders I have placed with autohausaz over the years. Some cheaper international shipping options would be nice though.

Beats any other parts provider for our BMW & Mini. Prices are very good, parts are good quality and packaged well, always prompt service and very easy to deal with.
Only suggestion would be to make will calls more immediately available if you're in town and not have to wait another business day.

I ordered 4 crushable oil drain plug washers and instead they sent me a sensor and an extra 0 ring for it. Dumb as dirt! Doesn't anyone at this company pay attention to what they are doing?
It's pretty obvious that's not a washer.
I paid extra for 2 day shipping. but it still took 5 days for the wrong part to arrive.

took three weeks to ship my order. i got a tracking number the day after but it never was received by UPS until three weeks after I received the email saying it was shipped. I contacted them trying to find out why my part hasn't shipped and why i haven't received it yet and all i got was a reply of "it has shipped, but your shipping method doesn't have tracking." a few days later the tracking number they sent me originally started showing progress to my house.

Placed my order for some parts for my Mercedes, and next day received an email from them saying there would be delay in my order as they needed to source some parts in my order from different location. In the email, it says if I want to make changes to my order due to the delay, just reply to the email or contact customer services, which I did both. I replied to their email asking to cancel my order. I also called and talk to customer service and asked him to cancel my order. He confirmed that my order would be cancelled and I was all set. Next day, I received email from Autohaus saying my order was shipped. Called their customer service and talked to the same person, and he said he was not able to cancel my order in time, and said nothing he could do. He told me just return my order once I receive it. I don’t think I will ever order from them again.

If their website says " In Stock" take that with a grain of salt. They had to get my part over nighted from some where. I purchased from them because I thought "In Stock" meant It was In Stock. I could have gotten it next day from California for less money total to my door. And not have driven an hour one way. And they don't price match. Just some things that they should be more up front about.

I like Autohaus AZ because their website let's me know before I order that the parts will fit my particular models. The parts arrive in short order and are as described on the website (same MFG, same P/N, no cheap substitutes). I always receive what I order and if I have a question, they are prompt to respond. Absolutely outstanding customer support and my 05 E320 CDI (172,000 miles so far) keeps running strong with parts from Autohaus.

I will never order from here again they tell you you have the option for will call but yet when u call to see availability they tell you they have no way of checking if it’s in there wearhouse and it takes a day befor they even call you and tell you it’s ok to pick up your parts one star because there is no other option if it’s up to me I will leave no stars I lost two sales to customers in a matter of two days of even sining up with them unless your at home working on your own car and you got all the time in the world this place is a complete waste of your time and also makes you look bad to your customers!!!!!!!!! Never again I rather buy my parts at advance auto parts biggest parts distributer in the United States as of today

I have been extremely pleased doing business with AutoHausAZ. I am restoring a vintage 1969 Mercedes-Benz predominantly with parts purchased from them. They not only have OEM parts but also high quality European made after-market replacement parts. Customer service is excellent. Even when I have mistakenly ordered the wrong part they have been very easy to deal with for correct replacement or refund. Several friends are now buying from them after my recommendation.

I used to love this place. I think there had either been a big management or culture change there recently.
When dealing with a late order recently I got excuses and blame game. What ever happened to accountability? What ever happened to the customer is always right? All I got was a customer service guy trying to pass the blame. In the meanwhile my order is delayed a third day. This is three days and three calls later.
Speaking of which, hey take forever to pick up the phone. I suspect they are understaffed. Maybe the online business is roaring.
Good luck guys. I will think twice about buying here again.
