have been a customer for years. never had a problem until the last order. I ordered and paid for a set of brake disks for my BMW and the order got shorted. I only got the front disks. I called them to report this and they asked me if i had the box the came in. I dont. So they cant file a claim with the shipper as i dont have the box. They blamed it on the shipping company, so in essence saying that they opened their originally packed box and stole the 2 rear disks. Why would that be my problem i dont get it. They 'promised' to call me back with their resolution as you can imagine nothing... So buyer beware. An update to my original review, I guess after the review I received a follow up call and it turns out that the shipment was boxed in 2 different boxes which arrived in 2 different dates and the 2nd box was not tagged so the shipping place found it and still has it. I wish I had that information at the time i called to inquire and even before that when it was shipped, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Still not happy that I had to create a fuss to get it resolved, but it is what it is. A lesson learned I guess on both ends. Moral of the story is that better communication is needed to ensure that noone is wasting time and money.

Ordered from them twice - the first time, no issues, although shipping was a bit slow. The second order, I paid for expedited shipping, because I had a hard deadline. Got an e-mail showing tracking, but when the "package" arrived, there was only a priority mail flat envelope, and a receipt. No parts! Called, but they were closed - sent an e-mail, with photo, asked for a call in the morning. No call, no response to E-mail. Called them again, spoke to "Nate" who said that they were very sorry, but that he would have his CSM "Mike" look into it, and agreed that the logical solution would be to ship the parts overnight, and reimburse for original expedite charge. "Nate" said he'd call me back as soon as it was resolved. and asked me to resend e-mail with photo directly to him, which i did immediately. Heard nothing for 4 hours. Called back, asked for Nate, who told me his CSM "Hadn't had time to look at it" but would have him call me back a few minutes later. No call for 2.5 more hours. Called again at 2:20 PM had to go through whole story again - "Mike" the mysterious Customer Service Manager, still not available - Owner Stephen, not available - apparently no one else can make a decision, so they refused to send me the parts I already paid for, until Mike or Stephan could approve it. So at this point, i'm out the cash for the parts, out the $22.00 for expedited shipping, and out the $100 fee for my event tomorrow, because my car can't be put back together for it in time. Still waiting for a call from Mike - if I don't get it by the end of the day, will be calling my credit card company to report these people for fraud, and notifying BBB, and anyone else that might be interested in a company that takes your money, but sends you no product. By the way, when I asked the last kid why Mike was so unavailable to, you know, do his job of customer service, i was told that they had "a bunch of other customers that also had issues", and that "this happens all the time - we send empty shipments, or the wrong part...; people make mistakes, you know?" No, kid, I don't know. Most companies that make that many mistakes go out of business. EDIT at the end of that day, the CSM did call me back and overnight the parts. In a box this time. Owner did call to follow up. Still not happy about the delay, and the runaround, but they did fix the issue the best they could after the fact.
