Great service! Was able to get to the bottom of production splits with a very nice customer service representative (I forget the name of the rep, my apologies) but he took the time to inform me on later and prior batch productions. never heard of it before and almost purchased wrong parts. I am glad I called before ordering. Parts are in the car and all works well. Thank you AutohausAZ for being professional and courteous!

Great customer Service! I accidentally ordered way more then i needed by having stuff in my cart from the last order and didn't double check before hand and had to cancel it all and redo it. They were really cool about it, didn't have any issues with them or my bank.
The parts these guys use are awesome and ship really fast to the west coast. :)

Trying to like them BUT....my first order has been problematic. Ordered rear brake set for my BMW X5. The Brembo kit showed pads, sensor and lube pictured on the part listing. Received the item and it was missing the sensor wire. Contacted AZ and was told "yeah its sort of misleading, it doesn't really come with the sensor. We can send one to you with no cost for shipping, but you'll be charged for the part." Part arrived, installed the pads, vehicle is up in the air, WRONG SENSOR CABLE!. Contact AZ and again talk with Jaimee. "That's what you ordered on line.
No, Jaimee that's what you sent me. Oh, you're right, wrong vehicle. I can send you the correct one, you'll have to pay for it and it's more expensive, return the wrong one, but no charge for shipping. Can you expedite the shipping? I'll see what I can do." Well he didn't, just standard shipping.
Would expect more for customer retention....overnight the part, forget the return, etc.

I ordered two belts for my classic Porsche 944. Both were the best price I could find with shipping included for Contitech belts. I was told the order would be shipped that day or the next depending on the time I ordered. I'm on the east coast and got my package from a warehouse in the next state the very next day. I would have been surprised if I got it 3 days later! This was an awesome experience all around! Thanks Autohaus AZ, I will be purchasing through your site again!

The refund process is slow still waiting, completely frustrated with the fact shipping was also reduced from what I've spent on the part as well, definitely wouldn't recommend. Highly recommend buyers to look into other competitors before purchasing parts with them to save you from the hassle of an endless wait for a refund.

The part works well, good quality. Only recommendation is to use UPS instead of FedEx. FedEx estimated delivery date stated it would take 9 days to get to me. This caused me to leave a bad review at first.

I placed a will call order on November 1st, they called me to confirm and let me know when it would be ready. They also sent an email. Order was ready on November 3rd, again phone call and email. Top quality parts, great customer service, staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have become my go to place for parts for my cars. The only suggestion that I have would be better signs as the building is set back off the street.

I was in a big time crunch, paid for overnight shipping and was sent “a part number that was not in their system” which was not what I ordered- I don’t feel that I should lose my money on shipping when they made the mistake. I will never purchase from -Autohaus AZ again...

I am satisfied with my experience ordering from AutohausAZ. Their website is quick and well organized, and it is easy to see how much everything will cost. They are also very careful about only selling you the parts that will fit on your car. With my order, the box I received was packed nicely, the parts were high quality, and the parts were well priced.
My only gripe is that I used economy shipping, and it took more than a week for the parts to arrive in Wilmington, DE. I suppose you get what you pay for, but more than a week seems a bit long.

Man this place is all over, they have no idea what’s going on in different areas of the warehouse no communication what so ever .
The other day I ordered some fans, they called around 930 saying it’s ready for pickup but that the cardholder has to come with to pick up my part? So we keep calling back and forth finally the manager mike says we can have the cardholder call in and I can just go pick it up. It’s now like 1230, I was planning to have it done to go on a trip by now but of course the fan is the WRONG one. Guess who’s fault that is? Their stupid site. It told me that fan and many others fit my car. Please don’t use their site to check parts, they will waste your time and money, wasted over 30$ driving back and forth trying to fix this issue and all they could offer was 10% off if I came back? I’ve had issues with autozone and third party orders yet the manager at autozone 100% comped the price of my parts because all the time and money I wasted, with a similar issue. Will NOT shop here again although they have good pricing and I’ve been here 2 times already. Not good customer service and not pleased with the outcome, very dissatisfied.
Edit : Also the owner of this company loses his temper a lot & cant even help me out so go elsewhere for parts, I’m disgusted in the outcome of this situation and how the OWNER handled it.

I've been buying auto parts from AutohausAZ since 2009. They are fantastic - great prices and a very wide variety of parts with great availability and they ship fast. My primary car was an older Mercedes (1987) and they stock almost every part I've ever needed, even at 30 yrs. For example, I completely rebuilt the AC system (compressor, evaporator, condenser, a zillion "o" rings, hoses, etc.) and they stocked everything! I've also purchased parts for other vehicles that I've owned or worked on for friends (Chevy, Lexus, Mini, other Mercedes, etc.). The trunk struts I ordered did not match the ones I removed, but they did work. The retaining pin is very difficult to install once the strut is in place, but can be done using a needle nose pliers. They work fine. The price was a little high though. I found some on Amazon for much less.

In short: They care more about play detective "pikachu" on "fraud" protection of their own company than shipping your item that you paid for. Also dont trust their online store item availability status.
In full story: Ordered coils for my M3 online without any issues. Paid for expedited shipping. Get an email next hour saying my credit card has "insufficient funds". After dialing their "customer service" number all of the voice recordings say that I should EMAIL or leave a VM while waiting for next customer service rep for 13 minutes. Person on the phone tells me that my order is in fraud state since my shipping address is registered to someone else and so is my cell phone number which I had for past 10 years. but they will work on it. Never heard back
Called again same day, another 16 minutes on the wait line, new rep tells me now they are having issues with my Credit Card and asks me to provide a phone number on the back of the card. huh? and tells me he will call me back ASAP. Called my CC and asked them about the transaction and they said it got accepted same day I paid. Never heard back from these Clowns at AutoHausAZ until next day where I got email that they are "out of stock" so my order is canceled! So 2 days and lots of headache and they did not have any in stock. After email I went online and their website for that part says they still have in stock.
word to AutoHausAZ:
If you are going to play detective "pikachu", please make sure you have proper, up to date records and have your lazy reps call back to customer to clarify any suspicion of fraud ASAP and not limbo order.

The worst experience I've ever had with online parts companies. From the beginning nothing but problems then when the part came it was defective as well. Returning it for a refund has turned into a nightmare and a month later still no refund, but the most important issue is they have lied to me on several occasions as to the status of my refund. Save yourself the headache and use a more reputable company

Don't use website for parts unless you know the part will fit. Call, get a name for all orders. This is the second time i have received parts for my 2002 330 xi bmw that don't fit. In print it says will fit all vehicles manufactured after sept 2002 ,so.... My Bad : vehicle was manufactured feb 2002 . Do you know what month your vehicle was built? You better. best call ...the sales-folks can make sure you get the correct part. They are trying hard to be better. good followup.

I’ve been shopping with AutohausAZ for about five years now. My experience with them has always been a great one. My purchase has always been on time or before then what I’ve expected, and always in great packaging.
One time I received an incorrect item and the only down fall would be there repackaging fee. But that hasn’t changed my mind in countinuing to shop with AutohausAZ.

Will never use again. Your order parts and they never ship. Had to call to find out my part was delayed. Their policy is to let you know but I was told must have " Slipped through the crack". Not what I want to hear when ordering parts from a Vendor. I moved on to Pelican Parts .In stock and shipped the same day.
UPDATE: The owner of the company called and apologized for the issues. He did not make excuses, but rather took respondsibilty. He has my respect.

They forgot to pack 2 iridium spark plugs of 8 that I ordered for my '13 E550 coupe. I was like, wait, I ordered 8. I thought, whoa, is it somewhere else in the box? I even went out in the trash to double-check to make sure 2 plugs weren't in the shipment wrapping paper. So I ended up having to make time to have to drive over to the warehouse in Tempe to get my 2 plugs. When I get to where the address is, I'm like, where is this place? Not even a, oh, BTW, we'll give you 20% off your next order because we messed up. Man up. Thing is, they have a check and balance in place where someone checks off with a pen the quantity ordered v packed, and they have a tracking system of who packed the order. Someone must have thought, wait, an E550? It only has six cylinders. Don't think so. Great website, tho.

Hours of operation are inconvenient, being open 8-4 and not open at all saturdays makes it difficult to to pick up parts. Being open 10 or 11am-5:30 ir open for a few hours on Saturday would be even more helpful in times of need

I have been shopping at AutohausAZ over 10 years and have bought thousands of dollars of parts for my Mercedes, BMWs and more. I love their very easy to use website and extensive catalog of parts in multiple brands. Their free shipping is very handy (UPS Ground) as opposed to some websites which offer free 'economy' shipping that takes forever and has no tracking. Haven't had to interact with customer service a lot but when I do they are pleasant and prompt. When I had an issue with a defective part they shipped out a replacement immediately free of charge. I always refer friends and family who own European cars to them. They are my default 'go-to' for parts.

Whenever I need BMW parts, I always check AutohausAZ first. Then I look around at a few other sites. I always come back and order through AutohausAZ felling like I just got a great deal! 95% of the time, I am amazed at how fast my orders arrive. I could never figure out how fast my orders got from Arizona to Massachusetts. Then I found out they have a location on the East Coast too! Very happy!

I have purchased many parts for my aging Mercedes Benz thru AutohausAZ over the years. Very competitive price, friendly service, and fast shipping. May not have the absolutely lowest price. But when I request newest parts, not old stock items, especially on plastic or rubber items, that is what I usually receive. To me, that kind of extra care and service means a lot more than a few dollar savings. Recently ordered brake hoses and received 5/2017 and 7/2017 manufactured ones. I was really happy.
