Went to the hospital due to an emergency. Was told to come back the next day for blood samples. Next day, I did give the blood samples to only be called in the evening to be told that they have lost my blood sample. How is that possible?

Had a pleasant experience here, was seen by A&E staff at 4:30pm and had initial consultation within 30 minutes. Had to wait 2-3 hours for final assessment from a doctor but understandable as it was peak time for weekend. The staff were friendly and supportive and the clinic was clean.

At every point of my emergency 5 day stay did I not feel like I was being looked after. Massive thank you to the throat teams, discharge/out patient services and everyone who went the extra step to check I would be safe to leave. After hours of travelling and searching we found this hospital where my appointment was. There wasn't much help as to where to find the right floor etc. Then the waiting time took forever.
