Went for a breast scan yesterday, arrived at 2.30pm (scan was booked for 2.55) and left around 4.30pm. A fair amount of waiting in between seeing the doctor and getting the ultrasound but everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable, and I was happy with my service.

I had two appointments today back to back. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Treated me with gentleness and respect. Made sure I was ok every step of the way. I wanted to say thank you for that. To the dietitian and the Endoscopy department .

I went to A&E Tuesday evening and in 2 hours I had all my blood tests done and appointment for next day for a CT scan. Next day, the same very good service. Very impressed, I have to say. Congratulations for a great service. Great team work!!????????????????

I went to the A&E this morning and in less than one hour I was back home. The staff in the reception was so kind and lovely and the doctor that helped me was such a lovely woman. I had an incredible experience and despite being nervous, they calmed me and were incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you.

Waiting times are disgraceful. Was given an appointment for surgery at 9am wasn’t seen by anyone until after 2pm. Disgusting knowing they give a time yet make you sit hungry and tired for 5 hours plus with no communication. NHS and Homerton hospital should be ashamed.

Visited at roughly 4PM, out of the door after numerous tests by 7PM.
Special shout out to nurse Ruth who has the patience of a Saint.

The height of incompetence! Twisted a needle in my forearm for a blood test that was never delivered. My cultures were also mishandled, for a serious health condition. Got a transfer to Guy's And Thomas' that did everything in two days. Glad I'm not being treated here anymore.

Avoid this hospital at all costs.
Fight to get a referral somewhere else.
And don't come to the A&E if you have something serious. You'll wait forever with both.
Go to another hospital. Even travel a bit longer, or ask the ambulance to take you somewhere else. I speak from experience, and it's a really bad one.

Starlight unit - amazing doctors, incredibly well stocked for prescriptions. Saves leaving the appointment not having any medicine available until you visit pharmacy. Staff are all wonderful.
