Broke their own terms and conditions, gave my phone in to be checked out and find out what's wrong with it as I mentioned that I think the charging port is broken and I need to charge it to get data thats on the phone. The receipt had terms and conditions stating they can't begin working on the phone before contacting me and agreeing on a quote, came back the next day and was told the phone was "fixed" the LCD got replaced and the charging port replaced, all without my consent and an arranged quote. I was then demanded a £70 fee or I can't have my phone back, ridiculous.

Popped in and had a chat with the staff. Very nice people, friendly and knowledgable. The second day i dropped off my iPad pro for a screen repair. The services was fast and reliable, got it back by the end of the day. They have gave me a screen protector glass for free too. Which is excellent. My granddaughter told me that the price they charged me was almost 30 pounds lower than anther repair spot in Hammersmith. I'm well happy to have you guys in our community.

I feel one star is too many.I visited this store on Saturday to return a faulty adaptor. I was told "We don't do refunds". They forced me to take a replacement ( which is also faulty, surprise surprise) or nothing.They were rude and arrogant, and this practice is also illegal. Under the consumer rights act 2015 a full refund is due if the consumer returns faulty item within 30 days.I fought with them and they would not listen. Every time I mentioned Legal obligation, they came back with "Our Policy". I emailed this business and called several times over the weekend to give them the chance to rectify this situation, they never replied. Today I finally got through to the owner on the phone and was told " Do what you want, go to trading standards I don't care" . So that is what I have now done. I have also reported them to Kensington and Chelsea council. They clearly think I will not bother chasing this, but I will as I believe the law and protecting customers is worth fighting for. I say nothing of the rest of this "business", you can make up your own minds. I am sure they are a delight. I will be taking my business elsewhere. By the way, don't be fooled by the logo of this shop, it looks remarkably like another business doing the same work and is clearly designed with that in mind. I simply leave you the following facts. I was legally entitled to a full refund, I was refused said refund because the shop thinks its policy is above the law. I am now going to use the law to correct this issue. Happy shopping. PS I have never left a review for any business ever, I have signed up to a google account just so I can share my experience with you all. Hey ho.

The lights are giving me a migraine. Turn lights off when it’s dark outside. Don’t leave the lights on all night. Not good for environment. Not good for neighbours. Shop not thoughtful.
