This has to be one of the most fabulous stores I have been in and the staff here are just so helpful and polite always up for a good laugh especially the Manager and Ast Manager, great laugh the pair of them. The stock in this store is fabulous and is always merchandised to a very high standard. This has to be my favourite Saint Francis Hospice store out of the group.

Well the other day I went in to the branch at the Heathway wow it was beautiful and smells lovely I said to my sister this place so nice I went in there for some wool and knitting needles keep amazeing work.

I used to buy stuff from here was really nice but now i am stoped going and buy stuff becuse of the rude and un mannerd Manager unfortunetly she dont have a manner to talk the customers i hv been twice since tne new manager in and seriously she need to do some customer service coursces realy disopinted.

Worst atmosphere imaginable. Rude, smug and stuck up manager whom speaks down to everyone. Incompetent and lacking empathy for anybody with Mental Health issues. Almost made a volunteer with Eczema cry with a stupidly vicious dimwitted comment.
