Horrible service. They called the morning of the pickup saying there way no car, and were very rude and unhelpful, even though it was their fault. Go anywhere else.

Absolutely awful. If you can't deliver on a promise or have a back up in place, don't offer a car. The consequence for not bringing a car back is easily fixed by calling ahead and paying a few extra quid... If there was an actual consequence then this wouldn't happen.

Europcar sucks! Filled up the tank, due to heavy traffic in Brighton, gauge came down , got charged 15£! Seriously go other place, these guys are desperate for money!! My last time with Europcar!

I booked and paid for a car the night before and turned up at the office the next day to pick it up at 8am.
Turns out they had no cars, and were in fact 11 cars short. So they took my money with no way of getting me a car for the time I had asked.
