Incredibly helpful staff, we booked a car last minute and when we arrived they didn’t have the car we booked as it was still returning, but they offered us an upgrade which we obviously accepted. The whole experience was 10/10.

I fully recommend using enterprise car hire in Brighton. I needed a car for 2 weeks and they sorted me right out. I had booked a small car but there wasn't any ready when I turned up to pick the car up so they gave me a bigger car at the same price as the car i had booked online. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them again when I need to hire a car again.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I was worried at first about getting a hire car after all of the horror stories you hear online but after talking to the staff I instantly felt at ease. I'll most likely be using Enterprise again next time I visit Brighton.
The car I was given wasn't what I was expecting but definitely done the job although it was a little bit small for me but that was a fault on my part, it was also strange driving Manual again after driving Automatic for the past 6 months (again, fault on my part) but couldn't fault the car they gave me.
I look forward to booking again in September. Thank you again for the service

Just wanted to say how impressed we have been with our experience of the Brighton branch. Everyone has been so helpful and professional and our main contact Barbara has been amazing. The team have gone out of their way to make sure we had a car that was suitable for my disabled wife, swapping them over 4 times in the end, until we found one that was the most comfortable for her. Barbara even went above and beyond one day when I was working until 6 so could not pick up the new car before they closed as she drove the car home to her house and then brought it round to us when I was home. As my wife had found the car we had before to be very uncomfortable, she was very appreciative of this kind gesture as we had a long journey the next day to take her for a hospital appointment. Thank you Enterprise Brighton.

Rented a van for a couple of weeks then asked to pay an extension for the rest of the month, customer services priced it and charged me. Then few days later rang me to tell me I need to pay more as they calculated wrong but there was recollection of this but I haven’t paid enough even all though they told me on the phone the price & I received a receipt randomly I haven’t paid enough now? Very dissatisfied in the sly mark ups after price has been given & agreed & paid for!

Female staff member was really friendly. However, I felt panicked when she pointed out a dent in the petrol cap cover. This hadn't been documented on the pick up location in Lee, London. A quick phone call from me to the Lee branch quickly rectified this.

Needed transport to Erith for a 2 day training course, the experience from using Enterprise was for me a delightful and hassle free trip. A free upgraded motor vehicle was waiting upon my arrival and was met with a smile and i was away in a flash and returning the vehicle was as easy as 1,2,3. Highly recommend and will deal with them again if needed.

You guys are absolute crooks.
Hire out a van with no spare wheel. The rear tyre then bursts on the van, almost causing a vehicle crash. Then you take £500!!!!!! Off the customer. Absolutely outrageous service I don't know how you can sleep at night. Karma will get you.

Waited until the morning of our booking to tell us they need to to run our proof of address through a third party database. This failed as apparently there is not enough evidence we live in the address despite having paid all utilities, bills, council tax etc for the past year and a half. They wouldn't take actual letters with our actual names on as proof of address. Why couldn't they just take a larger deposit as security? NOT happy as we move out in a few days and now have nothing to move our furniture in. Why did they wait for the day of our booking to tell is we can't rent one of their vans? Appalling service. And I would really think about replacing this "third party company".

My Roadside Assistance offered me an Audi A5 through Enterprise Haywards Heath and Enterprise Brighton/Hove during the period that my car was repaired.
I was extremely pleased by the professional yet humane approach, the Enterprise branch to customer communication level, the helpful and concise service from all the members of the team from both Enterprise Brighton/Hove and Enterprise Haywards Heath; especially Phoebe (Branch Manager Enterprise Haywards Heath), Christine (Assistant Manager Enterprise Brighton) and Ellie (Enterprise Hove).

I was appalled by the service I received from the Brighton-Hove Branch of Enterprise. I wanted a small automatic for one week which turned out to be an unanticipated 3 weeks. I never got a small car, was given a car club car which caused endless problems with car club and the rent a car depot in Hove. In the end, I asked for a written bill before paying the excess...was not given one, sent one, emailed one, or asked about one on the phone. The money was taken from my account without consent or warning. This branch of the rent-a-car side needs vast improvement and I would certainly avoid it AT ALL COSTS. Go to the central Brighton branch if you really must rent a car from Enterprise. I will never use Enterprise again. It's management is just plain sloppy and customer care is really unacceptable.

I've been using Enterprise regularly for a few years now; the staff are all extremely personable and helpful and the cars are always top notch. They offer a complimentary pickup service and are open at reasonable hours which makes them very convenient. The best hire company by a country mile.

1st rental - car wasn't valeted
2nd rental - car had no fuel
3rd rental - car had horrible body roll causing nausea for everyone.
1st two rentals, no compensation offered. 3rd rental branch manager argued that "we still had the car that fitted the description" and offered some compensation, but with a rude and condescending attitude.
Will not be using Enterprise as a car hire company due experiences with this branch.
Sincerely advise all potential customers to avoid.

I ordered a manual car from them and when I turned up they offered me an automatic with hardly any fuel and with the brake warning light on. They also insisted on charging an additional £200 deposit to a ‘credit card’ - no other payment method was allowed. After loads of faffing about, I was eventually able to drive away in a car that was inferior to the one I’d ordered and so have now been overcharged. I should have just caught the train...

Come and collected me from my house, supplied me with a brand new car without a fuss.
Called me when my insurance had paid out and told me when to return the car and then after I returned the car gave me a lift home.
The best experience I've ever had renting a car!

Absolutely awful experience.
Very rude and very arrogant gentleman.
The girls need to learn how to speak to people properly on the telephone...very rude and abrupt.
I hired a car and kept it on for a 5 weeks.
When they took payment they messed up my Lloyd’s bank and blocked my acoustic on a number of times.
They constantly ring you asking wher you are in the car and keep asking for you to bring it back in for an inspection.
I then took the car back 5 weeks later to pay for one last week and was told they had closed my account and re written my agreement
This now left me to pay £650 for one weeks hire ... the whole 5 weeks I had the car only came to £1300 ...
I was going to take it for one more week as I had no veichle. when they put the payment through and blocked my Lloyd’s account once again.
I had no choice to leave the car and they didn’t even offer me a lift home ....I had a boot full of things which I had to carry and it was raining.
Awful customer service.
Would never use the Brighton branch again.
