The company all round has helped me over 5 years from time to time,
N still go back.
It's the assertive, quick and easy booking(Especially if you have booked before) that draws me back.
With a small decent deposit it doesn't knock into your price to hire too much n more manageable if you're moving house than £250.

Friendly local and easy is how I’d describe hiring from this company. Not the newest cars or vans but who wants to move using a brand new shiny spotless van, not me. So lovely to be able to call and speak to a human and have them able to answer questions. 10/10 for customer service.

My partner helped a friend moved house by offering to drive the van. From a tiny paint scratch on the side they just took £800 from him!! £800 for a tiny scratch !! Straight out of his account. Now we cant pay the rent. In absolute shock

Cars are really dirty and thinking about pandemic its bad ????rental agreement is 1046233 driving wheel was sticky coffe spiled all ower the console on the windscreen and all what the ???? checked before giving me the car was if there is water in windscreen cleaning system and if wippers are working shame on you people

Quite possible the worst company my husband and I have ever had the displeasure of using. The woman who works for their customer service is the rudest person and needs to learn how to actually deal with customers and maybe educate yourself on manners too. I would avoid this company at all costs and pay a little extra to use a good and welcoming business who deserve your hard earned money.

Fantastic car rental company. Everything is so easy, from booking to pick up, paperwork and dropping off.
We rented the Skoda citigo and it cost £88 for 5 days and just £30 for a full tank of petrol.
Was half hour late dropping off due to traffic but it was not a problem, their friendly helpful no nonsense staff helped to make the experience painless.
Will be using again and again.

I always use Choice Car Rental, for the simple fact that you are able to use cash for the deposit and it is returned to you on drop off of vehicle, provided no issues with accidents. I have only waited about 15 mins for my pickup, and that was the old way with paper work. Its about 6 mins now with CV 19 online checks. You can upload the DVLA info needed, so no surprise charges now. I rented a van last time, and it was clean and not too old. The employee explained where the fuel tank was as well.

I’ve rated as 1 star because the vehicle I rented was in a very poor condition- similar to the rep who dealt with.
I hired a long wheel base van from Brighton branch late Friday.
Customer service rep ( dark hair, South African accent) didn’t greet, didn’t make eye contact,
Was abrupt and service skills were absolutely bad on a basic level. Very clearly didn’t want to be there. In fairness the young lady was helpful even though she wasn’t serving me.
The van presented was dented and the rear door had clearly been damaged at some point as it didn’t seal or lock particularity well. Was in a rush and decided to take as only driving a short distance. Over the course of the weekend I discovered breaks were at best spongy and at worst dangerous. The rear door let in water and soaked the load ( house hold furniture.) this probably was the cause of the doors not looking / unlocking with ease. I also found that anywhere near 60 mph the steering shuddered.
When i returned the vehicle the same guy didn’t greet, said the vehicle was late ( it wasn’t and then he remembered his colleague had entered the adjustment in the system,) gave no response to my comments on the unroadwoethyness of the vehicle.

Absolute nightmare to hire a van so many hoops to jump through and then they want let me park my car in the space the van was in ! I very nearly have up as it was I had to park about a mile away and walk back to get the van .... don't hire a van from this lot !!!

Easy and quick to hire vans. Popped in Friday pm and they were still able to get me a van for 4.30 next day so good for short notice hires. They also hire by the hour so great for picking up white goods etc cheaper than most places charge for delivery. Only £100 deposit, other places ask for £200. Take the time to print off your DVLA endorsement check or they charge a fiver for the admin cost. Driving licence and two other forms of ID needed.

The Cheapest rental in Brighton & Hove, always helpful either on the net or via telephone, when you pickup you vehicle, you get a walk around to show you any faults. Pictures of the vehicle to confirm the faults. Cannot ask for better service and staff

I recently used choice vehicle rentals to hire a small car. I went in to arrange the hiring a few days in advance, I took my drivers licence, everything was done as far as I was aware.
When I went in on the day to get the car, they was still further forms to fill out that I could have done on my previous visit plus I was then told that there was a £5 charge to check my licence for infringement's which was never mentioned on my first visit. They didn't charge me the £5.
I asked for a car with Air-conditioning which it had, but it didn't work.
If you want a cheap car or van to hire this is the place, but don't expect a nice modern reception, and don't expect the car or vans to be in tip top condition. It's cheap and cheerful.

Hired a VW Crafter Dropwell Luton van for the day. It was easy to load up and had loads of room, much bigger than a standard Luton van.
I did fold a dust sheet and place it under the ramp to stop it rubbing against the road as there isn’t much protection, but apart from that, I was really happy with it.
The staff were really helpful and polite so I would definitely use them again.

Over charged me for being late back when they shut the gates at 5.30pm. The time on your contract are so small that you can not see or remember because of work and I can not see small print due to having stigmas in both eyes. I was told , we dont care??????????????
