Very professional order the rate on Saturday afternoon ready for today. He was very clear on the order and confirm that the order was right before I left. Normally I would use the London bridge branch which is closed so I saw this branch and went. He was very helpful and friendly.

No hassle money exchange. Didn't need to reserve or anything like that ahead of time. Like their other locations, it seemed like they offered the best rates in central London for Euros and many other European currencies. Friendly and quick service.

Excellent exchange rates. Always seem to beat the other rival round the corner near Covent Garden Market who also have very competitive rates. Best use their website to get a guaranteed rate. Sometimes you could feel just a little uncomfortable when they give you zombie looks and check your money half a dozen times - but I guess they're just doing their jobs.

Best rates, rude staff - speaking Hindi/Telugu or God knows what language behind the counter in front of customers. I felt intimidated by that.

Staff was completely impolite, and the precise exchange rate is not shown, so basically, MUCH less money is given back to you. Not only that but in the store entrance they have the wrong exchange rates to bait customers.

I have looked around and done my own research and this place has one of the best rates in central London. Big caveat though - you have to order online and collect on the same day to benefit from their competitive rates. Also they're quite strict on ID so if you're paying with debit/credit card, make sure you have your passport with you.

Appalling customer service. Staff always seemed confused and hesitant when giving a query. I called to exchange some fast track currency only to be lied to after 20 min and been told that all cash been sold out. Fake customer service, they don't know how to deal with customers, absolute rubbish and a waste of time. Avoid at all costs.
