Came in to buy a '12 Cadillac SRX and ended up buying '21 Chevy Trax for less that what the Cadillac would've cost w/ only 45 miles on it PLUS 5 years of free roadside assistance and lifetime powertrain warranty. I am so thrilled Dontae helped me find the best deal possible despite my strong desire to get into a luxury model that would've cost me more and given me less value overall. Every interaction with those at McCluskey Chevrolet has been fantastic. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The service process was quick and very organized. You fixed my new Chevy Trailblazer (which I LOVE - thanks to Will R) within an hour - tire change and a clip for my fender that had broken - and even washed it. Charles (sorry if that’s not right) was very friendly. Even the cashier process was quick! After working with Will, I quickly recommended his salesmanship to my best friend who came in and also bought a car from you! She loved driving my trailblazer so much she had to have one for herself. So grateful!

Zero ⭐️ Thumbs down ???????? Gosh there’s so much... where do I start...I’ll try to make it as short as possible... I first took my vehicle in for overheating. It ended up costing me over 3k because they said they had to go into my motor because my camshaft was bad. They also said they adjusted the timing along with replacing my radiator. They assured me they fixed everything that had a code under the engine light. The morning after while pulling into work the engine light came back on. I called them to let them know and he told me it was probably an old code coming back up... it was definitely the same code after going to Auto Zone for a diagnostic test. It took me several months to take it back because my life has been extremely busy being an essential worker but, when I did there was no new codes but now my traction control light was coming on. I was told that they had to go right back into where they were at the first time and even though it was the same code it was something “different” that was going on... I don’t feel like I should have been charged for all that labor again but I was. The part they said was bad this time was very inexpensive and should have been mentioned to me while they were already in there. Why not? He was throwing ALL kinds of other things at me but not the inexpensive part where they were already at...makes no sense but it ended up costing me 2k that time... drove it home and definitely didn’t feel like I had just put all of this money into it... I took it back the next day and they call and tell me my transmission is bad... they told me that they had told me the first time I was there my transmission was bad... they didn’t. They told me the fluid was discolored but never not once was I told my trans was bad. I drive that van every single day and always keep up on keeping it running or just with them but other places as well, because it’s my money maker and I know I need it! never had any trans problems before this!! If so I would have had it fixed or traded it in before putting a bunch of money into it elsewhere. They recommended a flush and when I told them I heard it’s not good to have it flushed if it’s never been done he said that’s true and then recommended a drain... he assured me that it would not mess up the transmission. I was charged for a flush but they said they didn’t do it but now my transmission is out... I was also getting conflicting stories from two different managers... one tells me one thing and the other tells me the opposite but somehow they’re both right and I’m wrong... now they want another 5k to replace my trans. Honestly, I don’t know how they’re service department is still in business. It’s sad that they take advantage of people this way. I’m literally a single mom trying to live right and do all the right things in life and try to put trust in people and I get taken advantage of. Robbed!

I can’t even begin to express how incredibly thankful I am that I chose McCluskey to purchase my first vehicle. Rodney was absolutely amazing and super helpful. Definitely recommended!! He made sure I understood everything perfectly and kept me comfortable during the whole car buying process. While we were waiting for my information, he gave me a little debit card and told me to get some snacks and something to drink which was awesome! The waiting lobby is super comfortable with a nice tv and they let you watch whatever. The customer service is above and beyond! Thank you Rodney, and McCluskey!!

After talking with the RIGHT salespeople, it was an awesome experience. The driver that brought the car to us is also very awesome. We are spreading the word to family and friends about you. McCluskey Chevrolet staff will make things happen and given their customers the best deal possible and put you in the vehicle you wish to own. They can put you in a new vehicle when you think you won't be able to afford it.

I was contacted by Madison and it went from there. It was the best experience and easiest experience EVER while purchasing a vehicle. I'm in Florida and received my car so fast from them. Recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. The driver was awesome and took very great care of my car on the way down and Madison was with me the whole way for any questions. I wish I could give them 100 STARS!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience getting my car serviced at McCluskey Chevrolet. I was assisted by Jake M, who welcomed me with such a positive attitude and an even more charming smile. He was extremely attentive, explained everything that was getting done to my car, and even walked me inside offered me coffee/water and showed me where I could sit and wait until my car was ready. You can tell Jake really cares about his customers and wants to provide them with the best service and experience! If I could rate McCluskey Chevrolet and their team higher than a 5, I would!!

The origional call to your service department was a nightmare. I was told by you service call taker that I needed to call my sales person??? Which I did and Demore was super helpful and a great person who handlers everything the way it should have been done. Then the following morning when I called ,because they brought the vehicle in after hours, to let them know what the issues were I was told by your call taker that they would run a diagnosis and tell me what was wrong with it. Then after I got with the correct service advisor they were helpful and got the truck to the commercial service where it needed to go and they took great care of me and got my truck completed.

For the 2nd time in 2 weeks, I had to take my 2020 Equinox for electronic issues. JEREMY HUBER returned my call, called back with an appt. when he said he would, got me a rental and communicated regularly. He was warm, kind and very helpful. A great guy!! My car was in and out in 3 days!! I liked him so much that I brought him some bakery goodies. Good customer service is so hard to find these days. Jeremy is the definition of great service!!

The associate I worked with was great. Check in went fine and the wait was reasonable. The problem occurred on leaving. I was told my car was parked outside. I had to use my door lock alarm to find it. When I did, I was completely blocked in. My car had clearly been there for a few minutes and someone had parked directly behind me. I was surrounded. I went back inside and a friendly gentlemen went outside with me to try and help. He couldn't move any of the cars. Most were customers including someone parking in the aisle directly behind me. The employee got in my car and we worked back and forth for some time to get my car out of lot. There were cars everywhere so even when out of the spot, it was still difficult. All in, it took about 20 minutes to leave. I was trying to get back to work. Everything else about the experience was great. The people were all friendly and helpful.

Scott Lambert sold me a 2013 Kia Soul on April 12th. Very friendly and helpful person who went above and beyond to meet my needs and make the experience as fun and exciting as possible. About 4 days after purchasing the car I did have a mechanical issue, they not only fixed the car, but they fixed it free. Hasn’t had another issue since and runs beautifully. The service guys were extremely friendly! I really appreciate this dealership and how much they care for their customers. I will be coming back here to purchase any future vehicles!

The 1 star is not for the salesman because he was absolutely amazing! However, I was promised $100 for each referral that bought a car. I sent 2 people their way and they both bought a car from them. Here I am 6 months later still waiting for both of my checks. I have messaged the sales person and he said he would get it take. Care of and now the responses have stopped. I don't appreciate being lied to and would not recommend this place if you feel the same way.

I was forced to back out of the middle pull in space because the employees were too lazy to move the car in front of me. The man that told me to back out stood so far over that it was impossible to back straight out. Doing what I could to get my car out, the side mirror came off. I immediately pulled out of there before things escalated. When I finally pulled over I called the person I was told is responsible for that building. I was immediately met with a condescending tone & someone who wasn't paying attention to anything I said. His response was "We're not responsible for what our employees do". Think about lazy employees & slothful, uncaring General Manager's before you buy a car at not only McCluskey, but the Kings Auto Mall location.

My advisor was able to use my warranty to cover an issue with my Equinox and coordinate my required maintenance. It took a little longer than anticipated, but there are comfy seats and free wifi. Overall I love coming to McCluskey!

Guy was all about trying to sell me a challenger, then i tell them id like to pay for it up front, and from then on i get the silent treatment. Nice. So its been 24 hrs since the review reply from the dealership and no one has contacted me as they said they would. I'd recommend a different dealership.

The oil change and checklist was fine. The servicemen did not run my car through the car wash as promised. This has happened twice now. In addition I had prints in my floor from boots and grease on my door handle from dirty hands. Kind of disappointed. Checkout process was too long. I don’t know if I’ll be back. I come to the dealer because I want exceptional service. I don’t think that is what I am receiving for the price I pay.

People were friendly. Service and status updates were timely. Service consultant explained what was needed after paying for inspection. I told her that there were several things on the estimated repair cost sheet that I would perform on my own and I didn't want performed at the dealership. One of this items (replacing my oil plug) was done anyways and I didn't realize I was charged for it until I got home. The services that were performed were done well... I especially like the inspection video that was done.

I enjoyed my experience at McCluskey. Josh helped me out with what i wanted to test drive. I wasn't really in the market for a new vehicle, but wanted to see options. He listened to what I had to say and by the end of the conversation he said that it didn't make sense for me to trade in right now. I will be honest, we went initially and spoke to a gentleman Andy. He was basically less than helpful. He couldn’t find anything we were interested in and kept pushing a used car. He couldn’t provide us with any answers and told us they couldn’t get what we wanted for months. I wasn’t going to go back. A friend introduced us to Bill. Bill was amazing. He walked us through the process and gave us different options based on what we liked/wanted. We ended up getting the 2021 Traverse we originally had planned on. He was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He definitely turned the experience around for us. He listened to want we wanted and followed through. We definitely will come back for Bill.
