Charles very professional and deserves recognition for his above and beyond customer service!!! My vehicle was waiting in bay after oil change and tire rotation, with door open and washed. Felt like 5 star treatment! Love it Btw need snacks like bananas oranges or sushi, thank you Mcluskey Chevrolet..lower prices and lower rates!

Long story short, Both my wife and I have purchased vehicles from Mccluskey but never again. My 2017 Chevy Malibu I purchased there now has over 70,000 miles and have always and frequent got serviced there to maintain the lifetime powertrain warranty. On Jan 23 I went in for an oil change and was told I needed cabin air, engine air and throttle service, trans flush, brake flush, and coolant flush seeing how all mile intervals had well passed. I looked at him in disbelieve and asked what all this would cost? He said approx $800 - Not only was this the first time ANYONE mentioned this to me I asked for the manager, which he was not helpful just saying this should have been mentioned on my many visits and said I had to at very least get the transmission flushed to maintain Lifetime warranty so I went ahead with that along with the oil change. The fact I am in this dealership for service frequently and no mention of these things as mile intervals came and went is UNEXCEPTABLE and we will no longer buy anything there!

This visit was very timely and service was completed very quickly even though the service included a 40,000 mile service extras. Was a bit surprised that I didn't have to wait a long time. The tech that washed and cleaned my car did an outstanding job on the inside of my car and should be acknowledged for his superior attention to detail.

Mccluskey seemed to good to be true at first! We had to file bankrupcy due to the whole Panademic and my husband being unemployed. We were down under with our cars and needed a new one. We dealt with Madison who was our amazing sales lady from day one! Trust me I drove her absolutely crazy I'm sure. She was very patient with me, not only did she go above and beyond searching for the best vehicle for us. She always answered my questions. Even after hours and on her days off. She truly loves what she does and helping people that have less then perfect credit. We will never buy a car else where again. We are not the proud owner of a fully loaded Grand Jeep Cherokee and a Chrysler Pacifica.. We are so beyong grateful for Madison and Mccluskey. Yes, it may seem to good to be true. Trust me I though the same thing at first. Im glad I gave it a try! Make all your payments on time for 1 year and you can refinance. I don't know of any other dealership that does this

I walked onto the lot and saw three sales associates talking and smiling. I said I needed assistance and they all smiled and Drew approached and ask what I was looking for. He was pleasant and reassured me that he could get me prequalified for a loan. I expressed my pessimism and he continued to encourage me. I had an absolutely amazing experience on my new big purchase. Gina and JC are the best at McCluskey they explained everything to me so easy and in simple words that I would understand, they made me feel like I was shopping with friends and made it a very fun trip for me. I am so very impressed with McClusky Chevrolet. My salesman Tony made this so easy . He had me approved within 30 minutes and my new Chevy Trax was delivered from Ohio to Iowa in 2 days . Very easy to work with, Tony was an amazing salesman and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. I could have never asked for anyone better and will refer anyone I know to him and McClusky Chevrolet. My car was delivered to my driveway clean and sparkling and full with gas, thank you Chris who brought it to me, she was amazing and a very friendly lady to work with. Bought a new car a couple of years ago and they screwed my over every way they possibly could. The people working said they would help because it was my first time and instead over charged me for my car and the car I drove off the lot wasn’t even the car I wanted. I’ve tried since then to get a hold of someone to help me fix this (even tried right after I left) and got no luck. My family and friends will now never buy from them again because of my experience and their own bad experiences.

The CSR was polite, answered all my questions and directed me to where I needed to go to pick up the loaner car. I received a call later tate same evening letting me what was fixed on my car and I could pick it up until midnight or tomorrow any time. There was not a push to pick up immediately. When picking up my car the check out process and return of the loaner car was quick a painless.

He was upbeat, never left us sitting too long, kept us moving through the Departments, took great care in explaining things to us. He made a process I am not fond of very enjoyable! I also appreciated Jennifer Hoyt’s assistance explaining the apps, OnStar, etc. Most dealerships expect you to figure it out on your own. Finally, I think it’s awesome that you have insurance providers on site.

Came in for oil change. And whatever recommended maintenance on my truck. As I do every oil change. I usually get a reminder that maintenance is do when I check in. I did not this time had to specifically ask about it. So my trucks maintenance stays up to date. No video about my truck during the inspection. Do you all still do that, haven't had that service the past 4 times I've been in. After paying for my services and asking the service tech for my inspection sheet. My breaks are in the red up front and yellow in the back meaning they need to be changed immediately.. i would of happily payed for the brake service if it was brought to my attention. But im taking the lack of communication from the service professionals that your dealership didn't want to replace my breaks or make the extra 1000$ in service during my visit. So thank you for properly doing bare minimum of service. But not very happy with the lack of communication and sending me back out on the road with pretty much shot brakes.. puts a pretty bad taste in my mouth of how "professional" your techs really are. Hope this helps to improve your service center!
