I had a great experience with the Service Advisor BJ. He had great communication and was pleasant. The Cashiers women were extrememly rude. I think after spedning $6000 in maintenance it would be a little better customer service. If it was not for BJ's awesome customer service I would have given a 1 star.

It was my first time bringing a vehicle to Mccluskey Chevrolet, and BJ was the customer service representative who assisted me. He walked me through everything very thoroughly to make sure I understood their process, particularly during the pandemic. He was very understanding of my financial concerns based on vehicle age and helped to prioritize the necessary repairs to keep my vehicle safe and operating at a high performance level.

Not a great experience. This was my sons first experience buying a car on his own. The dealer was not upfront or honest with how this would work, stated things that were not true, threatened to take the car back after all the paperwork was signed if my son didn't produce more paperwork the dealer said he would get. This was not paperwork that was requested at the time of sale either. If this had not been my sons dream car then we would have gone somewhere else to purchase.

the only issue is the same one I deal with every time... the plastic caps that go over the wheel lug nuts are not always tightened down all the way. I have to check them after every service to make sure they are, and most times there are one or two on each wheel that aren't all the way on... picky, I know, but losing one of them takes away from the look of the truck...

Process started off a little slow, which wasn’t a problem, I was just in a rush to get into a vehicle. But, then Scott Peelers got in touch with me and I set my expectations with him and he exceeded them. Even got me in a car that I didn’t expect to be able to get. I have an open bankruptcy and many dealerships aren’t as knowledgeable and/or capable as Scott was alone. Will be doing business with him and McCluskey from now on whenever I am looking to get another car.

The work was done well and even more quickly than expected. The cashier was somewhat unhelpful as he said he couldn't use my Visa gift card unless I knew the total on it (it was a gift so I didn't know how much it was for); I said that was fine and I'll use my credit card instead, but he kept telling me I need to figure out how much was on the gift card and that he doesn't know "where I got the gift card that I don't know the amount on it" but told me I need to figure it out so it doesn't expire (I didn't ask for his advice). It came across as rude, in my opinion, as I was trying to pay another way and said it was fine that I couldn't use the gift card. Otherwise everything was great, and I'm sure the cashier was trying to be helpful... it just left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak.
