Having owned many cars over the years, and experienced several dealerships I can say I with all confidence McCluskey truly is exceptional. I've worked with Bill Stouffer now since 2015 and just took delivery of my 3rd Silverado from him. From beginning to end, the communication, transparency, comfort and expertise from Bill sets a new standard. Being in Luxury Retail sales myself, I understand the process and psychology many people encounter at auto dealerships, this is not the case here. I look forward to service, my children even look forward to service because the lounge is awesome. Everything was great from the customer service to being able to have the car dealership deliver the car to my house and taking my trade in. My only problem was once I got the suv I thought I had 72 hours to trade it in for something else but I wasn't giving that option.

The star of the show was hands down the salesman who greeted me at the door and guided me along and helped me get the truck of my dreams. Everything happened effortlessly and smoothly. Jeff Schreiber was absolutely amazing and I am telling my sister and a friend to go there and talk to him and I will continue to send people your way. The man in charge of financing also did a fantastic job, and all the employees who I passed by seemed to be genuinely happy to be there and pleasant. I live in the small town of Hillsboro, OH which is over an hour away. Yesterday I stopped in our local Chevrolet dealership about how much it would cost to have running boards installed. What a difference in atmosphere. No one greeted me. I had to find out for myself where to go. Someone asked me to move my car. I could not find anyone. No one seemed happy to be there. The overall vibe doesn't get you excited to buy a car the way it does at your dealership. 5 STARS all the way!!!

The only thing that confused me was I was given an estimate of $275. I went to pay and my invoice was over $600. I took that as you were testing to see if I was paying attention to anything. I told the young man that my estimate was $275. He takes the invoice back and returned it to me at $315. I was under the impression that I was getting a loaner car but they charged me a day's rental on a loaner that we put about 15 miles on it and it took about 3 gallons of gas to top off. Ruined the warm fuzzy I got when I thought the repair was more than fair. Oh well. You have to know that if anyone asks for a recommendation. They are going to hear that part too and that was a bit of a negative thing. Thank you.

Got right in with no problems. Only thing I have a problem with, are the prices for the regular maintenance items. 40. dollars for an air filter? Come on! Just a little steep. Regular working stiffs can't afford things like that and are more apt to do it themselves or find a backyard mechanic to do it.

With my credit being less than optimal I was very apprehensive about shopping for a vehicle. I saw a commercial about guaranteed financing and with my need of a car asap, I came to the Kings location. Still skeptical, I was greeted and treated with respect and graciousness. Had my sparkplugs replaced on my first visit which went amazing. I was replacing spark plugs to attempt to fix an issue with surging etc.. The issue wasn't fixed so I went back to have them attempt to clear up the issue. I had to call to get a follow up as it sat for an entire day without someone looking at it. Finally at 11pm i received some news that it had been serviced. So far the issue seems to be better. However, when I went to pick up my car i had a huge crack running down the middle of my windshield that wasn't there when i dropped it off. When I brought it up to the service manager he basically just brushed it off and said it was my responsibility and they wouldn't be fixing it as they didn't do it. Very poor customer service. I would expect to receive my car back in the same condition as it was received but clearly that's not the case with McCluskey.

I had an oil leak whereby an independent dealer refused to change the oil. I took the car immediately to your service department and your service writer immediately got my car in for a check. They also found oil on the bottom of the pan as well as sides. They wiped it all off and changed both oil and filter at no charge for me. Jake your service writer was attentive, professional, and courteous to me even though I was complaining initially. He asked me to bring the car back after I drove it for a few miles and I intend to meet him at the dealership Saturday. Jake was a superhero to me because I try to take the very best care and service on my car. I love my awd drive Chevy Trac and simply put would like to thank your whole Team. I will never shop elsewhere for a new car. Thank You! Don

Hands down the best dealer in the area! Service was quick, friendly, and I felt valued. BJ checked me in even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment and updated me via text the progress. I was able to work in their lounge with wifi and the room was quiet while I took a business call. I received a video with my vehicle inspection and they thanked me in the video and in person. My car was washed.They serve complimentary Starbucks and and coke products. Just an absolutely fantastic experience. I have closer Chevy dealers, but I will continue to come back here. 10/10

I would give my experience 0 starts if I could. Very unorganized from the start. I explained what was wrong on the initial phone call and had to explain the whole thing over when I got there. So clearly was not written down again, which was very frustrating. Went it for a technical issue. The issue was fixed however, no extra effort was taken to reset my clock, and MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON... seriously? Go the extra mile and take care of your customers. They pay a lot of money and expect a certain level of professionalism. You’ve lost my business going forward.

In the last three weeks I've left six voice mails for service advisers without a call back. I've talked to two people that both said they would get me to a live person and they both ended up dropping me into a voice mail. I bought a car back in September of 2016 and I don't think I'll ever do it again. This is the same reason I started taking my car to Hirlinger Chevrolet. Congratulations on losing my business and I hope others see my issues cause further lost sales.

This place, y'all... first time I ever bought a car. I was sooo nervous and out of my element. But from the second I walked in, the staff made me feel like I was a guest at a luxury resort. I kid you not! They offered drinks and a place to sit... and my rep, Bill Stouffer, made everything so easy! I told him what I wanted, what my budget was, and he totally just made it happen. My dealing with the initial salesperson wasn't bad. The dealership itself is quite nice. The problem was the sales manager, Gregg Hoffman, who talked over me, raised his voice, and refused to negotiate the price of the vehicle. (At one point he came back with an insulting offer - a free oil change. I am pretty sure I laughed out loud.) He finally agreed to knock off $300 (after insisting over and over that he couldn't budge because he would lose money - again laughable) but as I sat and reflected, I knew that I could not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I have participated in the purchase of somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 or more vehicles, both new and used. This, without question, was the worst experience I've had. It can be a tense situation, no doubt, but Mr. Hoffman tried to bully me. The price was good but not great, and it certainly wasn't worth buying from a dealership with rude employees. We bought a similar vehicle the following day (today!). It was almost the exact same vehicle, including mileage. The other dealer's list price was cheaper, they negotiated, and they were good humans. I'm SO GLAD I walked out of McCluskey Chevrolet, and never again will I walk in.

Quoted a valve stem replacement from a smaller competitor who was booked but figured I better do at dealership. Won't again. Their quote was for $24.95. McCluskey: $103.82. Not sure what the difference was but all I was needing was a $10 valve stem replaced. AND.... the tire is still losing air. So, I'll be back.
