I brought my car in on 1/27 because the check engine light was on. I got a video inspection by 10am and a follow-up call saying what work needed to be done. I gave permission, the tech said it would be done by 4:30 and they'd call when it was ready. I never received a call. When I called that night (7ish) they took over 5 minutes even to find a record of it. I picked it up that night. No one said anything to me about it except to hand me my keys. When the tech called he had told me they needed to do an oil consumption test on it but I have no idea when to bring it back. On Saturday 1/30, the check engine light went back on. I tried calling this morning to McCluskey starting at 8:30ish. No one answered the phone either in service or in sales. I placed 8 calls that no one ever picked up. I scheduled an appointment with the online person who told me they're having a heavy call volume. This is the second visit (out of the last 3) that I've had a problem. Two visits ago they sent me the inspection video and told me my brakes were fine. On my next visit the inspection video said my brakes were "dangerously" low. It turns out, the first video was for the wrong car. That could have been really dangerous for me since I should have gotten brakes the first time. In addition, the brake job was also now more expensive. The mess up wasn't really addressed until I called back to the service manager about it. Overall, there seems to be a lack attention to detail and a lack of interest in dealing with customers picking up their cars. All of the candy and coffee in the waiting area can't make up for that.

I wanted to buy a used vehicle that I could easily afford. First, they sent over a salesperson who interrupted me every time I tried to talk. Then they sent over a salesperson who kept vanishing. The only vehicle they would finance me for was a brand new spark that I can afford if I don't spend any money on anything else, including gas. So I have a car that I cant afford to drive. Instead of showing me the vehicle while the paperwork was processing, the salesperson hung out by the front doors. I had to go look for him every time I needed him. I had to have a cosigner. They put the loan in my cosigner name and made me the cosigner. We had to make them redo the loan. I have no idea how the wifi, OnStar, or touchscreen system works. I didn't even get to choose what color I wanted. It is too small for my family. All in all I am beyond unsatisfied.

Everyone was amazing! I mean they sent a driver to pick me up because I didn't have a way to them. The driver was super friendly and very cool. I normally don't just talk to anyone and we talked the whole 30 plus minutes. Everyone was joking and smiling. Definitely a friendly and fun atmosphere. Mike Schworer is the man to ask for. He went over everything with me and it just wasn't about selling me the car and pushing me out the door. My next car purchase will definitely be with them. So I hope you all are still working there in the next 10 years or so. GMC and Mike really really helped me with loan and I am grateful for that. I had nothing. No way to work or anything. I love my Chevrolet Trax. Ask for Mike Schworer and tell them David Chadwell sent ya.

Jake is all ways super helpful and hears me out when I have concerns about my 2013 equinox, he has worked with me when things got super stressful trying to get it back up and running and kept his word. It's not the dealer ship I bought my car from unfortunately but it's the only place I will let do major work on my car and trust to touch my vehicle.

My experience with the dealership was awesome. My sales guy did an awesome job. The only thing that i have not enjoyed is the 2021 Trail Boss i purchased threw a engine code on the way home. I now have a loaner car until my truck is fixed. I live over an hour away from the dealership and they have been great. Its just upsetting is all

Absolutely horrible!!! Salesman and Manager made a verbal agreement over the phone around 10am. We went to the bank to pick up the check and were to pick up the truck at 1:00pm so they could run it through service and have it clean and ready for us. We then received a call around 11:30am that the truck was on a test drive and that the person was going to buy the truck from under us. We were told they would let us know if things changed, but since he currently had the keys in hand he would get it. We were clearly angry that they would sell it from under us but told them if they did not buy it to let us know as we had already made plans to purchase. No follow up ever came. Turns out they did not sell the truck as it is still listed on the website and when a family member called the next day to inquire on if it was available they said that yes, it was still available. Sounds to us like they made a verbal agreement they couldn't follow through with and instead of admitting the mistake or making right on it they made up an elaborate story to get out of it. We would never recommend dealing with the circus we have gone through over the last 4 days.

My sales guy was Michael Collier and he was incredible!! Got me the BEST trade in value on my Jeep (more than my payoff) and after spending all day with him(because my credit sucks) I walked away satisfied in a BRAND new 2020 Chevy Malibu RS. Scott Lambert was our sales associate, he has definitely changed my mind on what I thought about MCcluskey Chevrolet. Before going to McCluskey I told my husband he could go but I did not have a good experience the last time and would not go back. I felt pushed into something I didn't care for, the sales associate wasn't the best, and I felt he had a take it or leave it attitude. But I did meet my husband at McCluskey and in doing so I met Scott. He didn't make me feel like I was being pushed in to anything I didn't want, he made me feel like I actually had options, and he told me straight up if I don't like it we will find me something I do like. Thanks to Scott not only do I have a new car but I have a future place to buy more cars!

I tried buying a car there a few months ago because they’re one of a couple dealerships that work with bankruptcy clients. They tried to upsell me a car in which my attorney laughed at my face and then when I went back they offered a cash car in which I refused. I went to another dealership that was extremely more helpful and seen something on paper that I didn’t see until they compared it with the paper from mccluskey. I had a 3000+ down payment and mccluskey was going to take my down payment for a “service contract” and not towards the car. (money in their pockets) The other dealership took down payment towards car and left service contract at zero. Double check your paperwork before you sign so you don’t get ripped off.

I had my car serviced for "tire air pressure" light being on. They patched up my tire, due to a nail in it. I got my car back and within 25 miles driven, "service tire monitoring system" came up on my dash. So now i have to go back because obviously something was done incorrectly and I'll have to pay MORE money

The actual service part was fine. What was not fine was transportation back to my Work/communication on getting me back to McCluskey. The driver that took me back was not a good driver. With consistent Hard Acceleration/Hard Braking the driver showed immaturity and lacked patience. When the time came to get me back to McCluskey. I waited an hour and a half for a Lyft that never showed up. I reached out to McCluskey for an ETA and to see if the Lyft that was scheduled was on its way, I got no response from them on an ETA. In the future, anytime that I have my vehicle in for service I will expect to receive a loaner car, or I will have my service done at my local autoshop.

She was extremely attentive, considerate, punctual with all our appointments, and very kind to me. I'm actually from NC and ended up coming up here to OH to purchase my truck soley from what the company offered me; Lifetime warranty on my new truck, and my trade-in value was more than what I was offered back home.
